there y/n was, standing there, watching the love of her life, leaning against that table on the other side of the room

she didnt know what she was feeling at that moment, but she surely could tell that she loves that brown eyed girl.

And, she liked whatever that new and unfamiliar feeling was.

she felt frozen in place, unable to remove her eyes from the breathtaking beauty that stood infront of her.

y/n stood there, stuck in place, her brain trying to analyze the sight in front of her, her heart trying to figure out what she was feeling.

the brown eyed beauty smiled as their eyes locked, and started getting closer towards her.

there was charli, walking towards the love of her life.

Every single person in that room was watching her, the focus was on her, but she was looking at y/n.

she could no longer deny it, she does really love thst girl.

she is in love with her, and now, after all of that time, she knows that.

she knew it, from the way her heart stopped when that girl entered the room.

she knew it, from the erge she now has, to kiss that girl, and connect their lips together.

right here, right now, in front of everyone.

She knows it, and doesn't want to deny it anymore.

She can't.

'She looks so good right now.' They both thought, checking the other out.

The girls' eyes met again, they both smiled at the other, thinking, 'I'm the luckiest girl in the world.'

Their thought were the same, and their feeling for each other, were also two sided.

Now it was only a waiting game for the first one to admit it to the other.

Walking towards each other, it seemed like everyone in that room was focused on the two girls.

They was.

Their chemistry was leaking out, everyone could see it.

Everyone was wondering what was the story behind all of this, and what was the meaning of it.

Including the two girls themselves.

When they finally reached eachother after what seemed like forever, the first thing they said to each other was, "You look so pretty."

They said that in perfect sync, it was almost like everything in that moment was careflly planned out.

The lights that were shining made it all have this special energy, they made it all look magical.

It was magical.

A magical moment filled with love and desire.

The two girls just couldn't wait to have this friendship bloom into something more, but both were scared to make the first step.

Sucked into the moment, the two girls completely forgot that they were in a public place, it seemed like ot was the two of them alone.

Because at that moment, each of the girls' focus was all on the other girl that stood in front of her.

"Y/n, waiting for you to finally arrive, I began to imagine what you would look like. But this, this is so much better than anything I could come up with. You look amazing." Charli said, cupping y/n's right cheek.

Y/n tried to hide the blush that she felt sneaking up to her cheeks, but gave up and decided to just let it be.

Instead, she decided to try snd make Charli blush even harder, snd she knew exactly how to do just that.

"Well, I would say you look amazing too, but that would be a lie." She said, getting closer and closer to Charli's face.

Charli was stunned as y/n walked closer to her, still amazed by how the girl looks.

"You look, hot." She whispered, so that just the girl infornt could hear.

The instant, bright red taint aleared on Charli's cheeks. Even though the colored lights were helping at hiding y/n's blush, Charli's was still easy to spot.

That made y/n wonder how red exactly Charli's face really is right now.

Proud at her successful attempt, y/n smiled and grabbed Charli into a hug, well, more like an embrace.

Charli returned the hug, or whatever that was, and both of the girls melted into the other's sweet scent.

"Y/n, you have to stop saying things only to get some reaction from me. That's like lying." Charli said, grabbing the slightly taller girl tight.

"Well, you look hot, and now your cheeks are burning. So, was that really a lie?" Y/n teased.

"Stop." Charli laughed, and left y/n's grasp.

"Do. Not." She said, tapping her finger at y/n's chest between words.

"You can't stop the truth, Charli." Y/n said, laughing.

"Nope. I can't with you. I actually can't." Charli said and turned around, starting to walk away.

"Oh, okay then. Guess I'll leave." Y/n said, standing in place and smiling at the sight of Charli suddenly stopping in place.

"Don't." Charli said, turning around.

"I wasn't planning to." Y/n said.

"Nevermind, leave." Charli said, smiling at y/n and rolling her eyes.

"And why should I listen to you exactly?" Y/n teased.

Y/n was proud.
She seemed to like all of this control she had over the shorter girl, she couldn't stop.
She knew exactly what Charli will do and how she'll react, and used it against her.

Charli was pissed.
She was mad, but still had an erge to smile. An erge she couldn't fight.
She also knew what y/n was doing, and followed along. Completely aware of what was going on, and letting it happen.

However, Charli didn't say she wouldn't try to do the exact same thing.

"Well, I have some plans for later that I think you might really like, and if you want to see what that's all about, you better listen." Charli said, inching closer to the girl and tucking a piece of that beautiful girl's hair beind her ear.

Without even noticing, y/n stared at Charli's lips that whole time she was talking.

Y/n didn't notice, but Charli did.

She knew what it meant, but she also wondered if y/n really meant it that way.

When y/n finally noticed what she was doing and looked back up, shaking that feeling away, Charli felt a little sting.

Y/n decided to pretend like she wasn't affected by Charli's words, even though her heart was beating so loudly, and anyone could tell she was.

"Oh well, guess I will. For now at least." She smirked, and kept on talking. "So, now that this half of the life on the party is here, where's the other part of my duo?"

"Dixie?" Charli asked.

"Yeah, although I don't want to ruin this little moment of our's, shouldn't we be closer to her and Addison, just in case?"  Y/n said.

"Well, I wouldn't really mind, but I have no idea where those two are." Charli said, looking around the room an additional time.

"Let's go look for them, together." Y/n said and offered her hand to Charli, which she took.

Almost automatically, without even paying attention to it, their fingers interwined.

That's the first time this ever happened, and both girls pretened to not pay attention to it, but it was all they could think about.

They both smiled to themselves, and started looking for the other duo, which seemed to has dissapeared.
