Chapter 18- Morning Tease

I snuggle in closer to my warm wall. My blissful night leaving me tense free and happy. Wait a second. A warm wall?

My eyes snap open, finding me face to face with the 'bastard' from last night; Ethan. I give a slight gasp and tense. Ethan growls slightly, tensing himself in his sleeping self. His arms wrapped around me, holding me near him.

I give a quiet whine in fear as I am imprisoned in his warm arms. What HAPPENED last night?

Ethan lets out a low groan, "You really don't remember?"

I furrow my eyebrows, "remember what?"

Ethan sighed slightly, his eyes still closed and his arm not wanting to loose its grip on me, "I'm reading your thoughts Kate...... And that you don't remember last night."

Well f*ck!

I shuffle uncomfortably, "um....w-what d-did happen?"

Ethan groans, "Shush, I'm sleeping....."

Ya sure you are.....

My body pushes against his hands keeping me prisoner and tries to pry them open. A growl rumbles from Ethan's chest as he pushes me into him. "Eek!" I yelp as I get gently crushed into his chest.

He groans again, "your not going to let me sleep unless you crawl away, am I right?"

I purse my lips. He sighs, snapping open his electrifying blue eyes. I gasp, jumping away slightly. He gives a sleepy smirk, "you really don't remember, do you?"

I shake my head, "Im not sure what you are talking about."

He grins, closing his eyes again, "Well let's see." He pauses, opening his eyes back up to hold mine, "you kissed me, then we cuddled, watched some hunger games.....then somehow, I was falling asleep and you got me too bite you again."

I blink a few times, before abruptly sitting up, this time, Ethan let me go, "I gave you my blood?!?!" I ask, shocked.

Ethan smirked, "What can I say, I'm irresistible."

I scrunch up my nose, "more like disgusting. And why would I do that?!"

Ethan shrugged, his eyes closing, "you said you wanted to feel a bite, without having the feeling of a mate pull or being endangered."

I groan, thinking to myself, "how can I have been such an idiot!"

Ethan smirks, propping himself onto his elbow. I growl slightly, noticing Ethan still holding me,"Ethan....let go of me."

He flashes his fangs, "Now why would I do that?"

"Or I will kick you!" I huff, squirming to get away.

"Sure you will...." He smirks.

I lift up my leg and snap it down, kicking him in his thigh.

He hisses in pain, grasping his leg. I hold back a giggle and jump out of the bed, happily running away, "Told you vampire!"

"Kate...." He growls. I flip around, a smirk on my own face, as I place my hands on my hips, "What?"

He wasn't on the bed anymore.

My eyes widen slightly. Freak!

Ethan's voice echoes in my head, "Tsk tsk...what did I say about cussing?"

I growl, responding back as my eyes scan the room for him, "I can cuss when I want!"

Ethan chuckles in my head, "Yes, just like your allowed to kick me...."
