"So I just came back from court and I'm now on my way to get my daughter," I'm filming another video for my YouTube channel.
I was going to just do hair on my channel. But, a lot of people told me to do both a hair channel and personal channel.
The hair channel is for everyone in the shop. So, the channel is full of hair videos from all of the hairdressers in the shop.
What ever money we make from the channel is spilt between the 5 of us.
There's a lot of videos on the shop channel but there isn't a lot of videos on my personal channel.
"I'm going to see y'all when I make it to my parents house."
I cut the camera and leaned back against the seat.
King is still in jail and it's like their not trying to let him out. They've been trying to get him for some years and they finally got him over some bs.
They know this case with Keyani is bs so their trying to find other things to give him.
Since, she doesn't have solid proof that we jumped her the case against us was dropped.
I just hope he'll be alright and nothing will happen to him.
I parked the car once I made it to my mothers house.
I turned the camera on and placed a smile on my face.
"I'm back y'all and I'm at my mothers house."
"Mommy, " Aria yelled running out of the house towards me.
"Hey, baby."
I pulled her into a hug and kissed her forehead.
I've been working hard the last couple of weeks and I couldn't be around her as much as I wanted.
But, we're spending the weekend together just her and I.
I grabbed her hand and she lead me into my mothers house.
I walked in my mothers house to see my dad sitting on the couch.
Jose is not my real dad but he's been more of a dad to me than my real one.
My parents are my biggest inspirations and I got to them for
"Hey dad, where momma," I asked giving him a hug.
"Hey Mani, she's in the kitchen."
I walked in the kitchen and my momma was dancing while cooking something on the stove.
I placed the camera on the counter and faced it towards my mom. I creeped up behind her and scared.
She screamed and dropped the spoon in the pot.
She turned around, mug me and put her hands on her hips.
I held my stomach as I fell to the ground laughing.
"Really Mani," she watched me laugh for a couple of seconds before she burst out laughing too.
"I'm sorry it was the perfect opportunity."
"What are you cooking," I asked looking over her shoulder as she stirred the pot.
"Shrimp etouffee and rice."
My grandma was from the south, New Orleans to be exact and she taught my everything she know and my taught me everything she know.
My grandma had two children. My uncle is the oldest and my mom is the youngest.
My uncle still stays in New Orleans but my mom moved to Chicago when she turned 18.
"That's sound and smells good."
I tried to stick a spoon in the pot but she smacks my hand.
"I would ask you to stay for dinner but you was going to do that anyway."
