Broken hearts, Always get fixed.

Chapter 16

"Always and forever." She says with a smile. And with that they are together. At least- For real this time. And they plan on keeping it that way..

(Ellen's POV) 

Me and Patrick ended up falling asleep and of course I woke up first thanks to his snoring. I prop my self up on my elbow and with my other hand I pinch his nose which wakes up up immediately 

"hm, what!?" He says shaking his said to see me laughing my head off. 

"Not funny!" He says coming over and tickling me.

"ha-cantbreath" I say in one breath. Patrick stops tickling me and we both laugh together until the laughter slowly dies down. The laughing stopped but we lay there in silence. Not uncomfortable silence- good silence, Understanding silence. Patrick was the first one to break it. 

"El.. I love you- So much you have no idea. Will you come over today and spend the day with me" He says turning to face me still laying down. I return the smile and open my mouth to talk. 

"Yes  paddy.. I'll come over. But if we want to spend the day together we should go now because its-" I turn to look at my watch "11:56am" I say and sigh. 

"let's go!" He says picking me up. "WOAH!" I say giggling. 

I love this man so much..

(No one's POV) 

Patrick and Ellen are laying down on his couch watching earlier episodes of grey's anatomy when all of sudden Ellen's phone starts going crazy. 

"What in world-" Is all Ellen could get out before she gasped. Patrick ran over and looked over her shoulder and he gasped as well. 

"He- He... Really did propose. And- Stella.. Sienna and oh look at Eli. They all look so cute.." Ellen said with teary eyes. Patrick could tell she was upset and hugged her tight. 

"Its ok El.. We can go see them soon" He said with a smile. 

Ellen didn't reply at first but instead just snuggled into Patrick's chest more if that was even possible. "No... They need to get used to having Rosalee as a mother. I- i will always be their mother but Rosalee is a new addition." She says stepping away from his embrace. 

"El, Why don't you spend the night here? Your not yourself and I don't want you driving home in this state." She chuckled at how protective he is and nodded. "Where do I sleep?" She said. Getting her bag which had some extra clothes and toiletries from the quarantine house. 

"Guest room?" He said more as question. He wanted to sleep next to Ellen like in the quarantine house but she just got terrible news and didn't want to rush her with anything- After all he did just get her back after all the years of being apart. "That will be fine." She said with a smile moving her hand asking for him to walk first. She knew where everything is but of course Ellen knew he wanted to show her the way anyway. 

They walk upstairs and past 2 doors before arriving to the guest room. 

"If you need anything you know where I will be." He said pointing to the door right in front of hers. 

"thank you" she replied in a whisper. 

Patrick let go of Ellen and let her go to bed after the day they both had. Ellen gets ready for bed thinking of Patrick and oh how she wishes he was here with her right now, Little did she know Patrick was thinking the same. 

In Patrick's room: 

I lay down in bed and i find myself unable to fall asleep. I just want to know if Ellen is ok so I text her. I know, I know- It's cheesy but I can't worry all night I will never get sleep 

Patrick: 
Hey, You awake? 

Ellen: 
Yeah. Not for long. Your not asleep? 

Patrick: 
Ok, Well sleep well my love bug. <3 

Ellen: 
Love bug? 

Patrick:
Testing names, Not a good one? 

Ellen:
No- I like it. Goodnight love bug :) 

And with that I felt like I could sleep. I Turn onto my side and close my eyes hoping sleep would dawn on me. Suddenly I hear my bedroom door open and hear little footsteps. Ellen . I smell the lavender filling my room- Oh how I ever loved that smell. 

I fell the mattress go down at one point then fell a little body wraps itself around mine- Almost like I koala stuck to my back.  I turn around and face her with a smile. 

"Just couldn't get enough of me?" I say a chuckle leaning into her body more. 

"Bad dream.." She replies shyly. 

"I will always be here El. Forever remember that mean even if your sick of me and my foolishness I will be stay no matter how much space you ask for I will always be here." With that being said my room soon filled with little baby snores and I chuckle to myself on how lucky I got with this girl in my arms. 

I plant a small kiss on her forehead and burry my head into her neck and doze off myself.
