"We should get you ready." Jill stated looking between Kate and Patrick.

"Sounds like a plan!" he quickly said trying to get out of this extremely uncomfortable situation. Kate shot him a death glare before walking to her station.

"What look are you going for?" She asked.

"usual." He just replied simply trying to avoid conversation, "oh, still the same old-," she said but quickly stopped "I'm not old." she laughed a bit "Right. 55 isn't old?" For the first time since he arrived he looked her in the eyes, "No, it's not."

Kate heard the laughter coming from that side of the room and immediately looked at Patrick like his life was going to end right then and there. "Don't you are." she mouthed to him. He looked away and back to his phone and continued texting Ellen.

- Hey

* Hey!

- You're happy.

* Yeah, No reason thought.

- That seems a little. Nevermind.

*So two more weeks.

-Yup, two more weeks.

He smiled to himself knowing that he was going home today, going home to his beautiful wife and home. His family. Jillian noticed him smiling and a pain hit her chest like a steel pole was getting ripped from her. She knew no matter what she tried, she had lose him to Ellen. "God what am I even doing!?" Jillian question in her mind.

"so- hm, how is Ellen?" Patrick turned his head upwards like he always used to do when Jillian and him were together, "Good. She is good." She looked at him confused. When Patrick and her were together he would talk non-stop about Ellen and the studio. "That's all? Good? Patrick, when we were... together... you went on non-stop about that girl and now all you have to say is "Good" ?" he sighed then returned to his phone screen not saying a word.

---

"ok you're done." She said once she finished topping of his hair with hairspray.

"Thank you Jillian." He stood up and for the first time in 4 years, he hugged her. This caught the attention of Kate who was watching the pair like a hawk. Kate and Ellen might not be so close anymore but Kate definitely wouldn't sit around and watch Patrick ruin, yet again, another marriage.

" Excuse me, but there ready for us, Patrick." SHe said side-eyeing Jillian.

"Oh perfect." He flashed a smile to Kate then turned back to Jillian.

"Thank you for- the hair.." He laughed a little.

"Your welcome." She smiled at him then starting putting away her supplies. While she was doing that Kate was dragging Patrick by the arm out into the hallway. She was mad, furious, she hated him.

Once they got somewhere more private she began her rant.

"What are you trying to do?" She blurted.

"What?" He asked, clearly confused.

"I mean god Patrick you're not that stupid!" She yelled.

"Ok, Kate? What's going on?"

"Are you trying to hurt Ellen?" She stopped her pacing and looked him right in the eyes.

"What are you talking about?" He said mad with his boston accent sipping through.

"I mean c'mon Patrick. You hurt her time and time again." She shook her head and started pacing once again. She knew if she said what she wanted to it might be too much, But if she didn't say it, she would feel pressured. she didn't want that. Patrick looked up at Kate waiting for her to continue.

"You hurt her when you left greys, at that stupid award ceremony, in the quarantine house, and so many time after. you don't see it do you?" She paused to catch her breath, "Everytime you hurt her you make her pull away more and more, soon she won't be Ellen. She'll be some person who looks exactly like Ellen but won't be. That's what eventually going to happen if you keep your act up," she paused once more and stopped pacing to look at him, "And it's going to be your fault. Please Patrick... Stop whatever you're doing."

With that, She walked into the hallway letting the door close behind her. "You hurt her time and time again."  Keep running through his head, Was she better of without him? "No no no, stop thinking like that!" He murmured to himself.

He walked into the hallway only to be met with Jillian walking by with a cup of coffee. His eyes went straight for the coffee in her hands, he hasn't realized, but he was exhausted.

"You need some?" She asked following his gaze.

"I do. Where can I get some?" He asked looking around.

"Just here, I only took a sip." She said handing him the coffee, He was hesitant but he needed it. Little did they both know, there was a person watching from far behind.

"Thank you, I really needed that." He laughed a bit handing the coffee back to her. Her eyes were glued to his lips, his eyes glued to hers. And the person watching, had their eyes glued on just Patrick, "He wouldn't do that. He is married." Is what the person was thinking.

She felt them leaning closer and closer until their lips were centimeters apart. Yet again that's what she thought. Before she could say anything else she pressed her lips against his. He tried to pull away but her hands were on the sides of his face, making him stay there.

"Patrick..." A trembling voice brought Jillian back to reality.

Both Jillian and Patrick looked up to see Ellen with puffy, red, glassy eyes. Ellen looked between the pair trying to make sense of what just happened and what she witnessed.

"Ellen-,"

"Oh no.. no no no no you don't get to talk to me." She shook her head at Jillian. She couldn't bare to in that situation anymore. Her chest started getting heavy and her breathing became deep. She ran off down the hall afraid of what might happen next. Kate, who witnessed this disaster took after Ellen and found her in a closet.

"Jillian what the hell!" Patrick shouted.

"I can't be the only one feeling something." She stated.

"No Jillian you are. Ellen is my wife, she is the love of my life! I come here for less than 4 hours and you manage to ruin my marriage in 4 hours! 4 hours Jillian!"

"Don't act like it didn't take you minutes within meeting Ellen to decided to leave me!"  She snapped back.

"There is a difference! I love Ellen! You... oh you just make me mad, sick, makes me want to murder people!"

"There was a time you thought of me as the love of your life, things change! How do you know they are changing with Ellen!?"

"There was a time I thought of you as a nice, caring, thoughtful person... things do change. you proven your own point Jillian. Now if you excuse me, I have to go fight like hell to keep my marriage." He shoved his way past to find Ellen. He went into multiple room until he found the one where she was. When he walked in the door guilt immediately took over his body.
