Chunmei's POV

My hands are literally shaking right now. Yeah, I'm great at socializing with people, especially after only talking to 4 different people within the span of about a week - My sister, Sicheng, that coffee shop worker, and... myself.

Anyways, I hope Sicheng doesn't hate me after this. Honestly, after finding everything out, I really don't think of Sicheng too differently. After all, I really haven't interacted with him in his idol or sister's ex identification. Just nice coffee shop dude.

The amount of time it took me just to summon enough courage to send "are u winwin" really reflects my lack of socialization, too.

As I'm in the middle of texting Sicheng, someone starts banging on my bedroom door. Oh right, I locked it a while ago. Oops.

I jump up after excusing myself from Sicheng, or Winwin, terrified that Chunli's going to kick a hole through it if I don't let her in. I do not need a hole in my bedroom door.

"Open up!" she yells, just as I reach the doorknob. I briefly consider leaving it closed, since I'm actually terrified right now, but then decide to just go along with whatever she needs, since it's probably the safer choice.

So I open the door to reveal a very angry and very, very scary Chunli. "Please leave my poor door intact unless you want problems with the landlord."

"Says the person who doesn't pay the bills," she scoffs in response.

"Says the person who's trying to kick a hole through my door," I shoot back before she can say anything else.

Chunli rolls her eyes, then lets the topic drop. "Okay, listen, let's get to the point. I. Need. Your. Phone."

I shake my head. "Yeah, no. I don't think so." If I actually gave in, I would be both exposing the fact that I've been talking to Sicheng behind her back and probably giving her a chance to bother him. So let's not do that.

"You're actually so annoying, you know that?" my older sister groans in frustration.

"Yeah, I know," is my response. Then I shut the door in her face and lock it again. "Don't kick down the door unless you want to pay!"

Thankfully, she seems to get the point and walks away with a loud huff, probably to figure out another way to get to  her beloved "Winnie" or something, or to come up with another plan.

Well, all I know is that I'm gonna be keeping a very, very close eye on my phone, because I do not need her stealing it. Even though there's a password to get through and everything,  with her determination to harm others, I wouldn't count on that stopping her.

Actually, I should change my password real quick just in case she somehow knows it already. My sister is smart, but she doesn't exactly use her intellect on good things.

Poor Sicheng. Man has to deal with a crazy obsessive ex while also balancing out his life as an idol, yet he's still talking to me and helping out with things. Truly a good person.

Honestly, I'm getting so much second-hand embarrassment from this whole thing with my sister, though. However, it isn't like I can do much about it. I feel bad for Sicheng.

Why do I care, though?
