Twenty-one: I took a bullet for you, little Red.

Chapter 21: I took a bullet for you, little Red.

“Put the gun down, Sawyer”

Red squealed happily “KIERAN!”

Kieran stepped out from the shadows holding his gun towards his brother. Sawyer gripped Red harder and pointed the gun at Damon.

“Oh, brother. Do you really think that you could beat my men?” Sawyer laughed at his brothers silly attempt but Kieran had a plan that Sawyer did know about and he was about to be very surprised.

Kieran smirked “Who said that I’m alone?”

All of a sudden around 25 men emerged from the darkness carrying guns and pointing it towards Sawyers men who scurried to grab a hold of their guns but they were outnumbered.

Damon grinned recognizing his men from Hell Boys. He knew his friends wouldn’t let him down for the one last epic fight where Sawyer Raven is going to go down.

Another Shadow stepped out from beside Kieran and Damon immediately recognized who he was.

Sawyer grinned menacingly and instead of pointing the gun at Damon he put it next to Red’s forehead. She froze and so did Damon.

“De ja vu” Sawyer said softly at Connor, Damon’s brother.

“I have to say, Sawyer. I’m pretty impressed with the change of setting” Connor looked around him “It took us quite a bit to find you”

Connor helped his brother out of the tight ropes around his ankles and wrists and helped him stand up “Sawyer, don’t do this”

“You gave me no chance” Sawyer glared at Damon.

“Look, I was trying to protect my little sister from you. I know we messed up and we did not give you a chance to prove that you’re worthy of her but please, we made a mistake, we all did, if you want to hurt somebody it’s me. Kill me. Just don’t hurt an innocent girl, Sawyer. She does not deserve this.” Damon argued in a very soft tone but Sawyer didn’t seem to be buying it since he still had his arms around Red.

“Put down the gun, Sawyer. It’s over” Connor said, clicking his gun, ready to start a major war between the two gangs.

“It’s not over until I say it’s over” Sawyer threw back.

“You just said its over” Red whispered at Sawyer who looked at her with a confused frown “What?”

“You literally just said quote "it’s over" quote” Red repeated herself and Damon let out a chuckle.

Sawyer got angrier at this “Are you trying to make fun of me while I’m holding you at gunpoint?!”

Red shook her head vigorously “No! I was just pointing out- I’m sorry, please don’t hurt me” She was very terrified. Red was not ready to die.

“Why don’t we fight man to man, Sawyer? Fist to fist. No guns. No rules.” Damon suggested, hoping he would agree to it since he was trying his best to save Red from Sawyers cruelty.

“Fine-BUT-if you lose, she goes down with you” Sawyer said pointing at Red.

Damon nodded “Let’s do this”

Sawyer pushed Red away and she just as she was about to run to Connors side, one of Sawyers men grabbed her and shoved her back towards them “No funny business. A deal is a deal” Sawyer said and gave his gun to one of his men. He took off his suit jacket and rolled up his sleeves getting ready to kick Damon’s ass.
