It's currently 3:44pm, I got my ten minutes of sunlight.

Today's self care task is, "Watch a show." I have yet to do that.

I ate 1 meal so far, I haven't showered or exercised yet.

I'm having a hard day so I might not get much done....

So my day took a turn for the worst... I'm in physical pain. I did start watching a movie so I guess that counts as my self care task done.

I'm going to wait for my food to arrive pop on a movie and get some rest.
