Monday:
********I got my ten minutes of physical activity done today, I did yoga again. :) I'm actually really liking yoga.
I brushed my hair and teeth, washed my face and hands.
I got my five minutes of outside time, it was drizzling rain but it was enjoyable.
My self care task was, "Play a game." I played animal crossing!!
However I really do feel like I need to shake things up with self care and find more tasks.And last but not least I wrote in my diary!!

So my new shakes arrived today!! I got one box of vanilla and one box of salted caramel!
I haven't tried the vanilla ones yet however I did try the salted caramel one for dinner and it was actually good.The only thing that annoyed me with it is they both have a higher calorie content than that of the chocolate one and it's got me wondering why.
I had 'lost' 4 pounds in two days and it's got me wondering if it was just water weight.
I'm doing fairly okay, I ate an actual solid meal today! I had sweet potato fries and some honey soy chicken pieces.
The last while I've just been having soups, shakes and either apple slices or the/a little packets of 3 cheese slices and 3 crackers.
I'm still eating something, I'm been safe and all that.
