Wow I can't believe that it's been a week already, today I didn't pick out a self care task to do because I felt sick however I did play a game which counts as self care sooo?
I did get my 10 minutes of sunlight.
I didn't shower or exercise because I felt so unwell.
I'll keep this short because I don't feel well but I'm hoping that I feel better in the morning.
