Sunday:
*******Good afternoon everyone, it's just after 12pm. I'm having a slow start to today but I did get three goals done so far!
I got my ten minutes of physical activity, I done the same yoga video again.
I washed my face and hands, I also brushed my hair.
And I wrote in my diary. :)
My self care task for today is, "Tidy up a space that's been bothering me."
I haven't done my outside time because it's currently raining.

Update:It's 2:27pm, I just got my 5 minutes of outside time even though it was raining.
I also completed my self care task.

Okie guys I brushed my teeth!It looks like I have completed all of my goals again! I'm so proud of myself.

*******I am back on weight loss shakes, I'm drinking two a day and eating one meal which is better then what I was doing before..
I ordered 2 new boxes of them, I'm kinda excited to try out the new flavors. Ones vanilla and the other one is salted caramel!
I have a lot of weight to lose, I'm classes as 'Extremely overweight' by my doctors... I've tried exercising and 'diets' but I can't seem to shake my weight off... I've lost 60 pounds already but it doesn't feel like it's enough...
I'm hoping that these shakes, (I've tried them in the past and they did work.) Will help me kickstart my weight loss back up so I can start to get into a healthy weight range.
I am been safe about it, the doctor even recommended it.. with my eating disorders I know that this isn't the best idea but it's a safer method then st@rving myself.
I'm going to take it one day at a time and hopefully with that things will get better and be okay.
