Your POV:

I ran a lazy hand through my hair, my gaze fixed on the ripples of water on black lake.

It was hard to have a mere ounce of interest to what professor Snape ever has to say, his monotonous tone making it harder.

My eyes shifted back to the class as everyone started talking quietly to each-other. I glanced over to Draco, I had absentmindedly sat next to him when I came in late, already with the intent of doing the bare minimum this entire class.

He looked irritated, and almost lifeless in a way.

'Er- what are we doing.' I mumbled.

His jaw clenched before responding,

'Fuck sake.' He sneered while flipping open his text book.

'We're discussing how to make and the affects of Sleeping draught.'

I was already focused back out the window, with deep sigh escaping my lungs.

'Are we gonna do this or what.' He snapped again.

I wasn't shocked. This boy was almost always in a mood.

I shrugged before beginning to talk.

'I don't-'

I stopped speaking immediately as I felt his wand pressed into my jaw, pulling me to face him.

His look was deadly serious, his eyes dark, face low and close to mine.

'Look at me when I'm talking.'

My body was stiff, and eyes locked with his.

When I still hadn't responded he quietly whispered,

'Got it?'

I nodded.

He slowly slid his wand off my jawline and looked back at the text book before beginning to read out the ingredients to me.

I, still in a state of shock, with butterflies churning in my stomach, had my eyes fixed on him the whole time he read.

Though my thoughts did drift to his admirable features, a strong jawline with messy blonde hair.

When he finished reading he looked back up at me, who was intensely looking back at him.

A smirk formed on his face, as if his little trick worked.

As the bell sounded he ran his tongue along his bottom lip,

'See you around,' he paused looking me up and down,

'Y/l/n.'

And he strode away. I was still sitting there, lips parted in shock.

'Is there a reason you're still here, miss y/l/n?' Snape drawled.

'Er- no- sorry professor.' I stammered, a red flush over my cheeks as I fumbled while gathering my stuff.

I've never hightailed out of a class so fast.

But little does a certain blonde know, the rest of the entire day, I couldn't seem to shake him out of my thoughts.

Or well, that was probably his motive.. and it worked.

A/N: pls I hope this is ok- it's rushed but I'm bored asf. Anyway I imagine this as like 6th year Draco but yea. Enjoyyy :) - A.S
Edit 1: had a few grammar mistakes- I switched from first person to third in a sentence or two and I hate when that happens. Hope y'all don't mind <3
