15 | Another Omega?

Jungkook was in his meeting, talking to some of the people at his pack- they do this often. They get people from the pack who have opinions on things they can add and change and take in their suggestions.

After those two people left it was just Jungkook, his parents, and another couple who were head alpha's from another pack.

"We have something to discuss with you" Jungkook looked at his father and his father's friend.

"Both of our packs might be in danger" Mr Chan said as Jungkook looked at him

"What do you mean?" Jungkook asked leaning back against his chair.

"Darkknight pack are very dangerous and they are looking for omega's and we know you're mated to one- we also have a omega at our pack" Mr Chan said

The truebloods eyes went wide "Really?" he said

"Yes she is an older woman, but they are mainly wanting omegas they are also trying to attack packs to get more people into their pack" Mr Chan said

"What can we do?"

The true-blood looked between his parents and their friends as they looked at each other.

"We want to combine our packs" Mr Chan says letting out a breath of relief

Jungkook was silent, he did not- not agree with the plan but he knows how much work it will take.

His father sighed already reading his mind.

"We know what you're thinking, how would we make it possible- we have made plans and since you're soon to be head alpha we want to run it by you" His father said

Jungkook stood up and left the room, he walked out of the office room that was away from the house a bit but still in the pack grounds. As Jungkook was walking back to the packhouse, people saw him and bowed as he walked past but Jungkook kept his head down.

Jungkook walked towards the house and walked inside, he was walking towards the kitchen when he saw no one was in the lounge or kitchen.

Jungkook walked upstairs and into his room to see Taehyung was not there, he frowned and started to get worried. He rushed downstairs and stepped out into the backyard.

It was getting darker and Jungkook did not want Taehyung to be out alone, even if its in his pack.

He walked towards Taehyung's house and saw the gate was a little open, he walked inside and could smell Taehyung instantly. he followed the sent and walked to the side of the house.

He saw Taehyung sitting on a bench chair while he looked out towards the sky.

"Maybe you don't like talking too much about yourself"

Jungkook paused by a tree once he heard Taehyung sing.

"But you shoulda told me that you were thinkin' 'bout someone else"

"You're drunk at a party or maybe it's just that your car broke down"

"Your phone's been off for a couple of months, so you're calling me now"

Jungkook thought he sounded beautiful,

"I know you, you're like this"

"When shit don't go your way you needed me to fix it
And like me, I did"

Jungkook felt the emotion that was sinking out of Taehyung's voice.

"But I ran out of every reason
Now suddenly you're asking for it back"

"Could you tell me, where'd you get the nerve?"

"Yeah, you could say you miss all that we had"

The fact that Taehyung was singing in English blew his mind, Taehyung never failed to amaze him.

"But I don't really care how bad it hurts, When you broke me first, You broke me first"

Jungkook was shocked and started clapping, Taehyung flinched a little and turned around quickly.

"You gave me a fright" Jungkook smiled at his mate and walked towards him, he sat on the chair next to him.

Jungkook leans in and places a kiss on the side of Taehyung's head.

"How are you feeling?" Jungkook asked

"B-better" Taehyung smiles trying to hide his blush from Jungkook kissing his head.

"I am glad" Jungkook said looking out towards the stars

Taehyung could feel that Jungkook was thinking about something hard.

"Whats on your mind" Taehyung asks looking at Jungkook who sighs

"There is a chance that our pack could be in danger" Jungkook said

Taehyung's eyes widened "What how?" He asked as he placed his hand over Jungkook's arm

"Do you or have you ever heard of a pack called darkknight?" Jungkook asked receiving a nod from Taehyung.

"Well they're looking for omega's" Jungkook said

The alpha felt Taehyung freeze and Jungkook turned around

"I will do everything in my power to keep you safe, you're mine" Jungkook said as he pulled Taehyung closer towards his body and smiled when Taehyung shuffled even closer.

Jungkook continued to tell him about the rest of the meeting.

"There is another omega out there?" Taehyung asks

"Yes and that is why they want to combine our packs and also the darkkinght pack are trying to take wolves from other packs to create an army" Jungkook said

"Why do you seem conflicted?" Taehyung asks

"Well it will take so much work" Jungkook said sighing.

"Ggukie, think about this- the more people we have in this pack the more gaurded it will be as Mr Chen's army will join yours. There will be more parks and schools for the children, more daycare centres."

"You can get more builders to build, since there will be more people you could even have a supermarket here" Taehyung says making valid points

"You're awesome, thank you for making me see this differently" Jungkook says rubbing his thumb over Taehyung's hand.
