"a surprise party?" i ask.
"is it not a good idea?" wooyoung replies confused confused.
"it's good but how is that gonna happen, we have a busy schedule in the morning and then we have to quickly rush to her apartment and set up everything, our schedule will be done almost exactly at the same time she gets out of work and she will just want to come home."
"she can take the day off, she'll be fine." wooyoung assures picking up his chopsticks and flipping the meat sizzling on the grill between us, "i'll even ask haewon to take her out for the day. we can just tell her we have a full day schedule and she won't expect it when she gets home."
i nod in approval, "good idea, for once you actually have a good idea up there." i joke tapping on the top of his head.
the smile he had goes flat and i laugh.
but just as he is about to form a rebuttal i cut him off, "we should make a groupchat!!"
i pull out my phone and head towards a message app to form a groupchat.
