every single time i tried to stand up i just couldn't.

my body felt so heavy.

so my mom had to pack my bag.

"honey it's time to get up." she tells me and lifts me up from my bed.

she places me on the floor and when i try to stand up straight my knees buckle on me.

i still keep my balance though and start to walk lazily down the stairs and into the car.

i have a five hour drive back to los angeles and a 13 hour flight to korea and i'm already sick of it.

~time skip~

that was the most horrendous thing i have ever experienced.

luna set me up in first class which was amazing but i don't like being in the same place for too long.

i felt energy rush through my body again as soon as we landed.

luna told me she would be waiting for me at the baggage claim so i quickly get to the baggage claim and get my bag.

i see her and practically run towards her.

"how was the flight love?" she asks as soon as i hug her.

"it was good!" i lie and she just smiles.

"lets get you to a bed. you look exhausted."

"i am."

~time skip~

i wake up in korea fully energized.

it feels nice to feel like myself again.

while i am brushing my teeth i get a text.

i need to bring you to kq to see yunho.

jaylani:
i'll be ready!!

i quickly finish brushing my teeth and start getting ready.

i look over to the hotel clock and see it 11:30 meaning i don't have much time to get ready so i throw on a simple outfit and throw my hair in a ponytail just so i have time to do my makeup.

i dab on a little bit of concealer to hide the bags i had from the past week. i do my eyebrows and put on mascara. i apply my blush and add on a light highlighter. i finish it off with gloss and when i look in the mirror i smile.

i haven't seen myself look presentable in the past week.

just in time i hear a knock at the hotel door.

i grab my jacket, purse, and throw on some shoes.

"lets go!" luna says happily as i walk out of the hotel door.

~time skip~

luna leads me to what seems like a practice room and opens the door for me.

i walk in and suddenly all eyes are on me.

i immediately look at yunho and something just feels right. something just immediately just clicked and i want to give him the biggest hug.

luna says something in korean to yunho and he stands up and walk towards us.

"hi jaylani." he says softly and i genuinely want to melt.

"hi." i respond and luna quickly gets to what is happening.

"i did some research. as you know yellow is very rare and not many people get it. i know why you both had a red scar. in general when soulmates are too far away from each other the mark appears. jaylani what happened this past week."

"it was horrible i couldn't get out of bed." i tell her and she nods.

"the sad thing about yellow is when your soulmate is too far for too long. you will go into a deep depressed state to the point where you can't get out of bed. yunho was experiencing the same thing."

she tells yunho the same thing in korean and he nods in understanding.

"so that means i can't be away from him for too long."

"yep."
