This woman had done this before and she'll do it again.

Nothing's different about these students and her previous students; if anything, it's the mere fact that detention centers welcomed those who didn't have a choice, not those who were innately evil.

There's no such thing as good and evil and that is a concept the doll had to comprehend the hard way during her career.

There's only a healthy mind and a rotten mind and for the better one to manifest, a healthy environment with a skillful instructor must be provided. In most cases, environments can't be controlled, so an instructor must do their job and compensate for the missing factor to construct a fully functional, peaceful human being. Therefore, be it a prestigious academy student or a detention center one, they're all the same because teens are always misguided.

As for the situation (Y/N) finds herself in, now that's a dilemma.

Teaching without a quirk and a typical subject no less, had the doll's mind spinning with methods to approach her class.

How could she guide the youth towards a better path completely detached from a wicked one when (Y/N) herself isn't responsible for their heroics classes? Not to mention Nezu's expectations demand to be met for the sake of making her position in this establishment a worthwhile one.

It's too late to regret how speedy her hand had signed the employment contract, now.

All (Y/N) can do is make the best out of it with what she had prepared, so after taking a deep breath, her hand reached for the huge 1-A door, slamming it open. Her action grabbed the attention of every student in the class as she strolled in without a word.

Once the stack of papers was placed neatly on the podium, her eyes gazed up to scan the curious students.

Now that she's certain that every seat is occupied, (Y/N) proceeded to briefly introduce herself in a tranquil tone, "(L/N) (Y/N). I'll be teaching science." They were all quiet awaiting another word from her and so she said, "when you hear your name, I'd like you to come here and receive a paper."

"A- a paper?" a pink-skinned girl choked a repeat of the phrase.

"Excuse me, Sensei! I don't mean any disrespect, but I think you're confused. This is our first class with you," a well-mannered boy with glasses sprung up to speak on behalf of the nodding majority.

"I'm aware," (Y/N) replied, finding some pleasure in the sound of their distressed little hearts.

"Y-you are?" A brunette questioned with a trembling voice.

It seemed that Aizawa's first impression had led them to believe that every single teacher in the academy is on a mission to fail them.

(Y/N) had known about his frightful session with them through Present Mic's ever so engaging mouth. She couldn't condone that kind of method and couldn't deny its merits, either. A 'rational deception' is one way to bring out the hidden potential of a student and one to ruin their trust, too. Therefore, instead of following the Homeroom teacher's example, (Y/N) decided to make her intentions clear.

"I need to know what you know."

While that doesn't exactly clarify (Y/N)'s intentions, she figured it's good enough if she wants them to give their answers some thinking. Thus, without further ado, she proceeded to call on the names in alphabetical order, wishing to commit every name and face to memory.

"Starting now," the doll clicked on the timer, "you have half an hour to finish that paper."

They all looked forward blankly, still not fully adjusted to what took place in only 4 minutes of this madwoman's entrance.

"29 minutes and 45 seconds," (Y/N) recited the numbers on the timer jolting them back to reality.

Once the time was up, the science teacher ordered each line to pass their papers to the front. She passed by each student in the front row, retrieving the collected papers.

"This is it for today," the doll announced and left the class. Before the door could fully slide shut, she started hearing the exasperated complaints of the agitated students.

('∵`) Commercial break brought to you by: the worst teacher of the day ('∵`)

"(L/N)-san."

"Hmm?" the occupied female hummed and looked up to meet Aizawa leaning on her desk.

"How was your first day with the class?"

"... exceptional," she replied with a Cheshire smile.

(Y/N) was blessed with a long minute of judgmental staring before Eraser had finally spoken, "I should think no less since you were quietly devoted to your desk."

"If you're worried about them, ask them," she reasoned, eyeing her monitor. Aizawa was either concerned about the students or about U.A.'s choice in teachers and she had a strong feeling it was both. He wishes to place a specific standard to this institute as well as the educational system in general and he definitely wasn't afraid to voice his thoughts out.

It didn't take (Y/N) long to find that out, too.

Right after collecting her ID to access school grounds as a member of faculty, (Y/N) was on her way back to the teacher's room when a conversation between two men reached her curious ears.

"Isn't (L/N)-chan cute~? Huh? HUh? HUH??" Yamada nudged his disinterested friend and repeated the action until a reply comes out of that grumpy face.

Aizawa nudged him so hard in return before finally replying, "you should worry about her eligibility as a teacher instead."

"Yep," Present Mic groaned recovering from the hit, "I'll definitely do that! What was her quirk again?"

"Beats me... for all I know, U.A. was hasty in employing her. She doesn't seem the type for this place."

"Hi~!" (Y/N) sang out and nodded to the two men chilling outside the teacher's room. "How are you guys doing? Talking about me, I see?"

"HEY! HEY! HEY!" the blond made a dramatic show for her to which she smiled sweetly. "Nothing bad! Nothing bad! Right, Erasah?!" Yamada instantly snapped to the indifferent hero and nudged him.

"Awww~ it's okay! You can invite me into the conversation, next time!" (Y/N) smirked and went into the room.

"Awww look at her acting tough!" Present Mic whispered his shriek with a hand clutching his heart and then turned angerly to his partner in crime, "why'd you have hurt her feelingz like that, ERASAAAAAH!"

(Y/N) didn't care much about the criticism because more than anyone, she was sure about her own skills. Even after her moment of doubt prior to meeting her students, she still believed in herself.

Besides, she found a way to turn science into a thrilling and resourceful subject in a hero course. That way, there was room for her on the matter of heroism.

Aizawa sighed, "it's nothing like that. You left before class ended."

"Don't worry," (Y/N) responded with a smile, "that's just my treat to them."

"I have a bad feeling about this," Eraser muttered as he left her desk and dragging himself to his.
