Friday, 30th August, 2019.

Dear Ayomide and Ayomide,

I am very sorry for doing this, but I have to leave you guys. I will be back in a month. I have to train on my own for a while… Maybe I will discover something about myself on this journey…

Bye love you both.

-Efe.

I'm not good at notes T_T

"Did she just run from home?" Mide stared at the note.

"Definitely" Ayo answered.

"You can't be serious" He left her room, going back to his.

"Omobinrin asiwére" Ayo facepalmed himself "Efe, what are you doing?"

"Foolish girl"

Ekiti State, 30th August 2019

12:12 pm

Efe stretched once outside the luxurious ac bus that brought her to Ekiti state.

"Aauuaha" she groaned as her bones snapped into place.

"Pure water.. Pure water.. Pure water.." People shouted all around the busy bus stop. Efe watched them all curiously, amazed at everybody's ability to stay, think and function properly in such a crowded and noisy environment. She adjusted her her large school bag on her back, proceeding in to the crowd in search for something delicious to eat. Once she aquired bangarice in a nylon, she sat under a canopy in the market square eating greedily and didn't drop the nylon until she had finished. Her large black knee length shirt hid her bulging belly.

"Gbagogo.. Gbagogo" A voice spoke to her.

"Sorry?" Efe turned around but didn't find anybody. "Wow I need to sleep" She clapped rubbing her hands together. "I need to find a hotel or something of that sort." She spoke to herself.

"Here is your key and welcome to 'The Wind Dynasty Hotel', please enjoy your stay. Your room number is 52, just down this hall"

"Thank you ma"

01:01pm

Efe plopped down on the cold bed.

She fell asleep immediately.

09:09pm

A loud rumbling of thunder pulled Efe from her dream, she panted heavily, drawing unequal breathes. She couldn't remember what she was dreaming about. The satiny feeling of the bedsheets on her loose grey jeans trousers startled her "Did I wake up to cover up because of the cold?" She wondered.

The dark outside sky gleamed with long jagged streaks of lightning that illuminated the silhouette of a large mountain. The view was beautiful to stare at, it drew Efe in. Her hand reached out to the mountain unknowingly, she smiled a strange smile. Before she got a hold of herself, she was outside in the downpour, cold night wind blew down the mountain into, Ulo-nke-ulo, the city in the valley. Her breath hung in front of her as she beheld the mountain.

"Gbagogo.. gbagogo" Voices spoke. It sounded like a man, a woman and a child speaking at the same time. They whispered in her ears. "Gbagogo gbagogo"

The mountain called to her.

She followed.

Efe climbed the mountain.
