47 - Fake Smile

Ally's P.O.V.
9:03 am

My day couldn't have started off bad already. I had a perfect morning waking up in Jungkook's arms and then making breakfast together. That was enough to put me in such a good mood until I got to work.

As I was on my way to my station this morning, I walked past one of the practice rooms and saw all the new female trainees that were accepted. This was enough to ruin my whole entire day. I've only been here for an hour and all I want to do is go home.

JK's P.O.V.
4:21 pm

I just finished doing a V-live and decided to take a little nap on the couch since it's been a long day. As I finished getting comfortable, I started thinking about Ally. I haven't been able to talk to her since this morning so I was missing her like crazy. The more I started to think of her, the more I couldn't help but smile to myself.

She is just so precious that I still couldn't believe that she was mine. I want to give her everything in my reach to make her the happiest girl in this world and protect her from everything.

"Hey, Jungkook-ah! What's with the big smile on your face?"

My thoughts were suddenly interrupted when I heard Namjoon hyung walk in.

"Smiling? I wasn't smiling." I tried to think of an excuse, but I panicked and resorted to just denying it. I sat up quickly while Namjoon sat next to me.

"Are you sure? That was a pretty big smile."

"Ah... I guess I did as I was thinking about Army and how we'll see them again one day on stage."

"Well, that is a really good reason."

And I'm safe.

"Anyways, what's up?"

"Ah, I just wanted to see if you were free so you can come with me to go buy some decorations."

"Decorations? For what?"

"Jin and I want to throw a little party for Ally."

Ally?...

"Wait, what happened? Why?"

"I thought Hitman might have told you already, but Ally passed her audition and he's going to tell her in person later today."

I felt my heart drop when I heard those words come out of his mouth. My mind was flooded with so many thoughts at the moment and I felt like everything was spinning.

She passed...

Even though I was her boyfriend, deep inside of me I wished desperately that she wouldn't pass, just so we can be together...

"Jungkook-ah." I was brought out of my thoughts as I felt Namjoon gently shake me by the shoulder.

"Huh?..."

"Are you okay?"

"Y-yea... I'm just shocked, that's all." I managed to pull out a small smile and that seemed like enough to convince him that I was fine.

"Well, ok then. Anyways, we should get going since we have only a few hours."

Ally's P.O.V.
7:09 pm

As I was working hard on a couple of things, I was taken out of focus when I heard a knock on my table. I look up from the pile of paperwork and see no other than Hoseok and Jimin.

"Thought you could use a little break from all the work."

They both sit down across from me as Hoseok hands me a juice box and Jimin, my favorite snack.
