THIRD PERSON

"Claire! Tawag ka ni Mrs. Yoo" Hyunjin called her.

"Sige sige. Thank you, jinnie!" Hyunjin smiled at her saka tumabi kay Changbin na busy sa kakadutdot ng phone niya.

Claire sneaked a peak on her wrist watch. It was still 12:23 pm at medyo mahaba pa ang oras niya para sa pakikipag-usap kay Mrs. Yoo.

"Shay!" Tawag niya kay Shayna that was busy writting some notes na diniscuss kanina.

"Hmm?" She hummed in response dahil nga busy siya sa pagsusulat.

"Samahan mo muna ako please"

"Saan?" Tanong nito sa dalaga. Sakto lang na natapos na ito sa kino-kopya niyang notes mula kay Yiren.

"Sa room ni Mrs. Yoo. Sandali lang tayo dun promise" Shayna arranged her bag bago tumayo at nagdesisyong samahan si Claire.

"Bakit daw?" Tanong ni Shayna nang makalabas sila ng room nila.

"Probably about the Journalism Club" Tumango-tango si Shayna as they kept on talking to each other habang papunta sila sa College Department kung saan matatagpuan ang assigned room ni Mrs. Yoo.

Nang makarating sila sa tapat ng pinto ay sumilip muna si Claire sa pinto and she saw her talking to someone, a boy to be exact.

Hindi niya alam but the figure Mrs. Yoo whom she was talking with was kinda familiar. She swore that she have seen him somewhere.  Hindi niya rin kase makita ang mukha nito dahil naka-side view ito mula sa pwesto nila ni Shayna.

"Hoy, pumasok ka na" Kaagad na tinakpan ni Claire ang bibig ni Shayna preventing her from distracting Mrs. Yoo and that specific man from talking. Gusto niyang alalahanin kung saan niya nakita ang pigura but she was having a hard time on her own memory.

She squinted her eyes to see the man's face clearly at halos ma-drain lahat ng dugo sa katawan niya nang marecognize niya ang pamilyar na mukha na iyon.

"Claire, para kang tanga. Pumasok ka na" Saway sa kanya ni Shayna but the girl looked at her scared.

"What's the matter?"

"I-I can't. Shayna, ayoko" Shayna furrowed her brows at nagtataka na sa kinikilos ng kaibigan. She was really weird.

"Ano bang meron?" Pabulong na tanong niya. She was also getting worried for Claire.

"T-t-the guy inside, Shayna" Natatarantang sambit niya sa kaibigan niya.

"Guy?" Shayna sneaked a peak on the widely opened door at nakita niya nga ang lalaking kausap ni Mrs. Yoo.

"Anong meron sa kanya?" Nagtatakang tanong nito sa dalaga.

"S-shayna, he's the guy" Shayna can't seem to understand every single thing that she was saying.

"W-what? Anong guy?"

"H-he's the guy I am telling you and Kyline about the other day!" Pabulong at natatarantang sambit niya sa kaibigan.

Shayna then tried to process everything and widened her eyes nang magets niya lahat ng gustong sabihin ni Claire.

"Y-you mean he's the guy you kissed?!" Muling tinakpan ni Claire ang bibig ni Shayna making sure that they will not make any noise. And slowly nodded her head hesitantly.

"Omg! We already told you! Magkikita kayo eh!" Shayna somehow felt amaze how they were just in the same school all the time.

"Claire?" Napapikit na lamang si Claire nang marinig niya ang boses ni Mrs. Yoo mula sa likod niya. Ayaw niya mang humarap but Shayna just bit her bottom lips signalling the other girl to face her teacher now.

"Buti naman andito ka na! I just want to introduce you to the new Managing Editor" kinakabahang lumingon si Claire paharap sa teacher niya and also to the guy she doesn't want to see anymore besides his ex boyfriend.

"She was the one I am telling you earlier, Sunghoon. She's Claire Kang from section Emerald. She was also the Editor in Chief ng Journalism Club. Hindi naman masyadong malayo ang room difference niyo so I guess you two could plan out everything for the Journalism Club" Sunghoon immediately smiled at her in both success and joy.

"Claire, this is Park Sunghoon. He will be your new Managing Editor" Napababa ang tingin nito nang maramdaman niya ang mga mata ng binata na nakatingin sa kanya.

"Hello, I'm Sunghoon. Nice to meet you, Claire. I hope we could work well this year" Nanginginig niyang inabot ang kamay ng binata while still looking down in embarrassment.

The moment their hands shake Sunghoon could felt the spark between their hands but he chose not to show it to her. Baka akalain nito na nababaliw na siya.

"N-nice to meet you.. Sunghoon" Hindi niya alam where did the joy in his heart came especially now that he already found the girl he 'lowkey' wanted to meet and see again.

"I hope din na magkasundo kayo. Goodluck to the both of you. Inaasahan ko ang performance niyo especially at the end of school year"

"A-ahh, yes ma'am! We'll surely give our best"

"Claire, ipakilala mo na rin siya sa members ng Journalism Club okay? Andito lang ako if need niyo ng assistance" Claire faked a smile and nodded her head.

"Uhm ma'am. We already need to go po eh. See you around, Mrs. Yoo! Nice to meet you, Sunghoon" Nakangiting paalam niya kay Mrs. Yoo pati na rin sa binata saka dali-daling hinila si Shayna papalayo.

Shayna looked at her in a teasing way. Lowkey happy for her bestfriend. And take note that she already shipped them so much. The moment their hands touch, gusto niyang tumili and she feels like watching a romantic movie.

"Don't look at me like that, Shayna! I didn't know na siya pala yung napili ni Mrs. Yoo!"

"Wala naman akong sinasabi eh! Defensive mo ah" Pang-aasar niya sa dalaga.
