Nico ran around the house like a crazy person.

Today was Marie's birthday, and he was throwing a surprise party for his daughter.

Will sat in the kitchen with Alec as he watched his husband run frantically.

"Daddy! Why is Dad running around?" Alec asked.

"I don't know why." Will smirked.

It's been a few months since they got Alec, and he was finally used to everything and everyone.

"Will!" Nico yelled.

"What is it sunshine?!" Will called back.

"Can you help me?" He asked as he entered the kitchen.

"Why?" Will asked pouting.

"Because we are having a demigod party and with our luck we will be attacked by monsters, and we need a lot of mist and other stuff and just get your ass up and help me!" He cried.

"Nico! No cursing in front of my child!" Will scolded covering Alec's ears.

"Our child. Now help me!" He yelled.

Will sighed, and stood placing Alec on the floor.

"Wanna help Daddy get ready?" He asked his son.

Alec nodded, and they followed Nico as he instructed them what to do.

Percy and Annabeth came to the house along with Jason and Piper.

Marie and Ariel were at drama club in the middle school, so they were coming home at 4, so everyone had a little time.

It was about 1:30, and all the kids were in school.

"Guys, how are we going to pull this off?" Jason then asked out of the blue.

"I don't know." Will replied cradling his son in his arms.

"Well, first off, whose gonna pick up the girls at 4? And whose gonna pick up the boys at 2? And who is gonna get Bianca at 3?" Annabeth asked.

"I'll get the girls with Alec." Will volunteered.

"I'll get your boys." Piper told Annabeth.

"And I'll go to the bus stop at 3 to get Bianca." Percy said.

"Perfect." Nico smiled.

At 2, Piper left to go get Luke and Charlie at the middle school.

She stood outside the school, and then the kids exited.

She saw the 9th grader first.

Charlie walked over to her, and hugged his aunt.

"Hi sweetie. We're going to Nico's and Will's." She told him.

"Okay. Ariel has drama today with Marie." He said.

"Yes, we know. Do you know where you're brother is?" She then asked.

"He should be out soon." He replied.

Piper nodded, and waited for Luke.

Just then, he exited the school, and saw Piper.

He smiled, and then they all walked off towards the car to drive to Nico and Will's house.

Frank, Hazel, and Sammy were there at 2:30.

Sammy pounced on his uncle, and Nico toppled over.

"Whoa! You're way too big for that!" He cried.

His 16 year old nephew stood, and helped Nico up.

Then he hugged the boy.

Percy left to the bus stop, and everyone just sat around the kitchen table awkwardly.

"Well, it's still warm outside, who wants to go into the pool?" Will asked with a huge smile on his face.

"Will, it's 39 degrees outside. That is not warm." Nico said.

"Then we'll heat the pool." Will said.

Nico sighed.

"You want to go into the pool in the middle of October. That's not crazy at all." Nico said sarcastically.

"Exactly!" Will smiled.

Nico looked at everyone else, and a few were nodding to his idea.

"But, we don't have bathing suits." Hazel pointed out.

"We can loan you some. We live 2 houses down." Annabeth said. "And we always have extra because Percy's an idiot."

"Okay." Hazel said.

And the girls left to grab bathing suits.

Percy came back with Bianca, and was confused because no one was in the kitchen where he left them.

Then he saw everyone outside.

He smiled.

"Bianca, put your stuff down. We're going into the pool." He smiled.

It was 4 before they knew it.

Everyone left the pool, and dried off.

Except Percy, Charlie, Luke, and Bianca, since they were already dry.

Will left with Alec, and drove to the middle school.

"Daddy! We're getting Marie now?" He asked.

"Yes we are. But be very quiet." Will told his son.

And Alec silenced.

"Come on, that's my dad." Marie told Ariel as they left the school.

"Why doesn't he have a shirt on?" Ariel asked with wide eyes.

"I don't know." Marie admitted.

They entered the car, and Alec squealed.

"Marie! Ariel!" He cried.

"Hey girls." Will smiled.

"I have to admit your dad is hot." Ariel whispered to Marie.

"Son of Apollo, so yeah." Marie smiled.

Ariel faked passing out, and Marie laughed.

And then they reached the house.

"SURPRISE!" Everyone yelled as the door opened.

Marie took a step back, and blue lightning crackled over her body.

"Whoa!" She cried.

"Happy Birthday!" Everyone said.

Marie controlled her breathing, and then smiled.

Then, a lightning bolt formed over her head.

A sign of Zeus.

She was claimed.

And Marie was claimed.
