The room exploded as soon as they saw the sign.
Will just stared at his daughter, while Nico just sat there.
Jason rushed up to Marie, and hugged her.
"Marie Solangelo, daughter of Zeus." He said loudly.
The room silenced, and all the adults rushed forward.
Ariel and Alec slipped away from the commotion, and joined all the other children.
And, Marie felt overwhelmed.
She didn't know.
"Did you know?" She whispered to her father.
He looked the girl in the eyes, and sighed as he held her.
"We had figured this. But you will always be my daughter." Nico told her soothingly.
"But you didn't tell me." She cried.
"We're sorry sweetie, but if we told you, the monsters would attack." Will said coming up from behind her.
Then Annabeth got on her knees, and looked at the girl with large gray eyes.
"How come I didn't see it before. You look like Thalia. Same black hair and blue eyes." She muttered touching her face.
She then looked at Nico.
"She needs to go to camp." She said her voice full of sorrow.
"I've been to camp before." Marie said not quite understanding.
Annabeth sighed.
"After being claimed, a demigod needs to have training for a full year. It's a new rule that Chiron created." She told her.
"But, what about school? And dad and daddy?" She asked.
"You'll be able to learn at camp, and Nico and Will can visit anytime." Percy piped up.
"And you'll be surrounded by demigods your age." Hazel told her niece.
"It'll be fun!" Piper squealed.
Everyone looked at her, and she calmed down.
"Sorry." She muttered.
And then the door opened revealing Leo, Calypso, and baby Esperanza.
"McShizzle Bad Boy Surpreme is here! The party can start now!" He yelled.
And then he saw the solemn demigods.
"What did we miss?" He asked confused.
"Kids, go play. The adults are going to talk." Will finally said.
