Will didn't expect to be woken up by a crying 5 month old baby.
He also didn't expect Nico to be cradling a daughter of Zeus in his arms.
Will rubbed his eyes and stared at his boyfriend.
"Um, Will?" Nico asked.
"Yeah, babe?" Will asked.
"Do you know how to change a diaper?" He asked.
Will pondered this for a moment. Did he? He couldn't remember. It felt like he hasn't had a mortal life in forever, so he didn't know if he could.
It was strange.
"Um, do you even have a clean diaper?" Will asked Nico.
"No...." Nico replied.
"Ok, gimme Marie, and you can go find diapers. Then I will change her diaper. You understand?" Will told Nico.
Nico nodded, and gave will the baby.
When he left, Will started singing to the baby.
'You are my sunshine,'
'My only sunshine.'
'You make me happy,'
'When skies are gray.'
'You'll never know dear,'
'How much I love you.'
'Please don't take my sunshine away.'
Marie started to giggle, and Will smiled.
"Well aren't you a cutie?!?" Will exclaimed at the baby.
She giggled even more.
Then Will started thinking.
Did he really want to wipe this child's memory?
Would it change her personality?
But, would it be for the greater good?
Will didn't want to hurt the baby.
His baby.
Nico's baby.
Their baby.
He smiled at the thought, and then Nico burst into the apartment with a box of diapers and a small piece of paper.
"Got instructions on how to change a diaper!" Nico said with a smile.
Will laughed.
Nico's smile became wider, and he came closer to Will.
He pecked him on the lips, and then kissed the baby's forehead.
Will gave Nico their new daughter, and smiled.
"Good luck with the diaper." He said with a smirk.
