A large, white portal had jumped into existence next to George.

It was a swirling vortex of ivory. George couldn't explain why, but he felt drawn to it.

He turned to Sapnap and Karl. "I guess this is goodbye," he said, voice dipped in sorrow.

Karl smiled. "No," he said sweetly. "Try looking out in the woods someday. You might find someone." Karl winked as Sapnap leaned his arm on his shoulder.

"We'll see you soon, George." Sapnap said as George stepped toward the vortex.

He looked back at the two one last time before walking into the swirling, white whirlwind.

Everything went dark.
