Once Kakashi went into the tent, he saw someone who he knew very well.

Kakashi: Oh, Ino, I didn't know you would be here.

Ino: Kakashi-sensei, how you been?

Kakashi: Good, but tired. I've been busy a lot.

At HQ.

While the sound of an explosion happened, they got separated and weren't able to contact HQ for a while. Kakashi then went outside and saw a large dust of smoke and saw that Naruto had killed Ino.

Kakashi saw that Ino was actually one of the White Zetsu.

Naruto: What you thought was Ino wasn't actually Ino.

Kakashi's thoughts: That explains why she was acting a bit strange. I must report this to HQ.

Kakashi: Hey, link me back with HQ.

Sensory Ninja: Yes, sir.

After Kakashi reported what happened and was told to go and help the 2nd Company. After that he gathered all the shinobi and head towards the 2nd Company.
