Chapter 7: Hybrid

    Since declaring that he would become Mister Theodore's student or apprentice, the vampire has taught him a lot of things. He wanted to express his gratefulness to Mister Theodore. But he suddenly notices something amiss. Now that he looks at it, Mister Theodore is wearing something to cover his left eye. A feeling of dread overcame him. He stared at his smiling master then at the Kaleidostaff Jasper. He left his bed and grabbed the latter.

" Is there something that you want, Master? "

He gestured for a Mirror. Thankfully, Jasper understood and provided a makeshift mirror for him. He looks at his reflection.

Messy brown hair past his pointy ears, a pair of golden bro– he let out a wordless gasp. His feeling of dread was confirmed. A pair of mismatched eyes were staring back at him. On his left side was an emerald eye. He looked at the mirror, he could see the Vampire walk forward and settle beside him. Mister Theodore places a hand on his shoulder.

" How was it? Do you like my gift? One of my mystic eyes just for my student? "

He should be angry. The vampire has left out the information that he would be replacing one of his eyes with a mystic one. But as he stared at the emerald eye. He found that he was grinning. It looks like the craziness of Mister Theodore was somewhat infectious.
