Murai POV:

As I was a sleep I was walking through a field of grass, up a hill. Their was no blood or anything strange. Just a normal hill, but with someone standing atop at it. It looked like, a girl. She had silver like hair with a black bow in her hair. As for her outfit it was very... revealing. She turned around her face was beautiful. She had a stern expression, with a pink eye and a flower in one. I wanted to know who this was, and who was she.

Murai: Who are you?

Then a bright light came across. I then woke up from my dream soaking in sweat. I put my hand on my head in confusion.

Murai: A dream? But... why was I having a dream like that just now? Who is that girl?

While I was trying to piece it together I heard a loud noise outside. I moved my window curtain and noticed something was going on outside the town. A garrison of soldiers were causing trouble like they owned the place.

Garrison Captain: Everyone must over what ever they have for us in the defense of Lady Five. You will be well considered for your cooperation.

It was clear they were taking items, weapons and anything related to whatever they were doing. I never liked the idea of people just ordering other people around. I quickly put on the new clothes I got, A simple shirt with an opened black jacket, enhanced with magic protection. Also some pants with some belts and new boots. I then grabbed my sword and was ready to teach them a lesson.

Elder man: Please... We have very little left to offer. We don't have much right now.

Garrison Captain: You'll all be well compensated for this once it's over. Our intoner promises riches for all who contribute.

Murai: And how long will that last, I wonder?!

I walked right up to the Captain defending the elder man. his soldiers started drawing their weapons.

Garrison Captain: Stand aside! Let us do what we came to do!

Murai: I think you worn out your welcome!

It was a stand off. I put my hand on my sword and guards formed up to make a wall. I could easily cut them all down, but what will happen to the villagers. Then I felt the wind change. Suddenly a stream of fire comes between me and the soldiers. I backed up, avoiding it. But, the soldiers were screaming, being burned alive by the flames.

Murai: Everyone, get to cover!

I tried to help the others that were on the ground and moved them. As looked back at the flames and smoke on the road, I noticed a similar shape. It looked like a dragon. This one looked different from Lailah. I couldn't make out what it looked like but, it also looked like thier was someone riding it. Then they flew off. I covered my eyes from the smoke and fire as it flapped it's wings and flew off. A little while later the flames died down and no except the soldiers were killed.

Murai: Are their other people that can ride dragons? Hm.... I should ask Lailah about this.

I went out side the village and called for Lailah.

Murai: Lailah! Lailah! Where are you?

She gracefully lands behind me and folds up her wings.

Lailah: I am here, young Murai. What's all the fuss.

Murai: The village was just attack by a dragon.

Lailah: I see. Did you get a good look at this dragon?

Murai: No. All I know is it looked different then you. Although... It looked like someone was riding it.

Lailah: Someone else riding a dragon? Interesting...

Murai: What do you mean?

Lailah: A couple moments ago, I sensed a familiar presence of one of my brethren. But also... Some unknown presence that makes me crave for hunger.

Murai: (It could be those two.)

Lailah: Did you find anything else interesting?

Murai: I read some books and found out that this world is protected by five goddess called, Intoners. I also found out they can't be killed by normal means.

Lailah: Hm?

Murai: They can only be killed by a dragon or weapon made by a dragon.

Lailah: Do you plan to kill them?

Murai: After what I just witnessed with some soldiers treating innocents like nothing. I wanna know why they are choosing to do this.

Lailah: ...In that case. Take these.

She hands me a loose fang and some of her scales.

Lailah: Use these to forge into a weapon. If what you say is true and in that old tome, then it would explain my sudden urge.

Murai: Got it!

Lailah: Once you are ready, we will follow that trail the brethren left behind and track down these Intoners.

Murai: I'll be back!

I took the scales and fang to the blacksmith and he was able to forge them into a sword. He said it was good quality stuff and the best thing he made. The sword was light and easy to wield. Once I was ready I met up with Lailah and we headed in the direction the dragon and mysterious person went. It was a long flight along the coast. I always loved the ocean. Getting to see it from the sky was still a spectacle to see.

Lailah: We're getting closer to the source.

Murai: Let's look for a place to land out of site incase they spot us.

Lailah then landed. We look around and continued to follow the trail. It lead us to small cabin surrounded by a pond. Their was no around but the trail lead to their. Once we got closer, we decided to look around.

Lailah: I'll drive them out.-

Murai: Wait! Stay here, I'll take a look around.

Lailah: As you wish.

As I opened the door I looked inside. It was a bit dim with no lighting inside. It looked like a simple cabin. I took a look around. There was a sword similar to mine, what looked like a prosthetic arm and a jar of medicine by the bed.

Murai: I wonder who lives here?

I continued to look and saw a mirror.

Murai: Hmmm, a pretty mirror.

Then I noticed something in the reflection in the mirror. But, I was too late and felt something sharp pointing me in the back. I noticed the sword on the table was gone.

???: Don't move! Or you'll die!

It sounded like a women. I slowly moved my arms up to show I was not a threat. But she pointed the sword even more into my back.

???: I said don't fucking move!

Murai: Whoa whoa... take it easy. I'm not looking for trouble.

???: ....Turn around! Don't try anything.

I slowly began to turn around and when I made contact with her. It was her, the girl from my dream.

Murai: (Wha?! It's her!?)

She looked very beautiful despite pointing a sword at my throat.

???: Who are you? And how the hell did you find this place?

Murai: ...Well... Ummmm....

Then, I hear the sound of footsteps.

??? ZEROO Zero! Is everything okay?

As soon as I turn my head to my left, she tries to slash my head off. Luckily, I react quick and duck and grab my sword. She went the offense and I just dodged and blocked. Our blades clashed but then suddenly she looked like she was going to faint. Then she lowered her arms and fainted. As she collapsed she fell into my arms. I was just confused on what happened.

Lailah: Murai! Are you....Alright...?

Murai: ...Yeah. I'm alright. (Great how am I going to fix this?!)
