I flip around to see Calvin. I gulp.

"Wow, didn't mean to startle you."

"Oh you didn't-- I was just--"

"You were going to have a panic attack?"

"Uh... Yeah, how'd you know?"

Calvin's lips pull up slightly, "Just a guess."
He leans back against the wall and crosses his arms over his chest. "You're nervous."

"Well..." I stare at my red converse.

"Do I make you nervous?" I think I pick up on either an Australian accent or British.

"It's just everything I guess. Being in the city, college..."

Calvin doesn't reply, instead he stares at me smirking.
Um okay--
His eyes are dark as he gazes at me. As if he's burning me with his eyes.
My palms begin to sweat.
this is exactly why I'm an introvert.

"You haven't touched your drink."

"W-what?"

"Your drink," Calvin nods his head down to the cup in my hand.

"Oh right, well you know."

Calvin's eyebrows furrow, "You wouldn't wanna waste a orgasm, would you?"

I gulp, "Uh what! Come again??"

Calvin chuckles, "It's the name of the drink you're holding."

"Oh." Gosh I just wanna go back to my dorm and be alone.
Or just vanish into thin air, either one is A-okay with me.

I try to pull away, but something keeps my feet planted to the ground.
My heart begins beating rapidly. If I was wearing my smart-watch, It'd think I was exercising or running a mile.

Calvin just stays there leaned against the wall. His eyes glaring at me. Like there's something stirring behind them.
What that is exactly... I dont know.

I shift around, trudging my way through the crowd. The further I am from him the better.
Not only was I getting creeped out... But I was getting uncomfortable.

Someone grabs arm. Again what is it with people in this club and being so touchy?
Its the red head from earlier.

"Come dance."

"Uh, no thanks." I try to pull away.

"What's wrong, am I not hot enough for you?"

"Listen I'm really not in the mood, sorry." I try my best to sound genuine.

"Please just one dance." She whines, her voice is so high pitched and perky it's annoying.

"Again sorry." I go to pull away again, this time more forceful.

"Ugh whatever." The red head rolls her eyes, "Your loss."

"Sure is." I stroll off to find Sarah. I'm so over all this.
Atleast I gave it a chance.
