The sun was far from set, but most of the office was empty and the unmistakable clicking of keys filled the room. Spencer spoke the most as he muttered a few words, explaining what he was doing and why as Delilah watched over his shoulder. Her hand would, on occasion, slip over his to take the mouse as he pulled back and watched her work before she pulled back and let him work, she was stood over his shoulder and very aware of the quiet office. Deep blue trousers clung to her legs, a white top was worn but to cover her arms a deep blue jacket was worn and her phone was peering from the top of her trouser pocket.

"That looks great, if you changed the contrast and smoothed the edges, it would be seamless though. If you have time, give it a go, if not, I can do it before I send it off to be submitted." Spencer nodded but couldn't make a reply as Delilah excused herself and answered the call, her ringtone had pulled the attention of most of the room.

Occasional noises were clearly heard from the phone, eventually, the old-style headpiece for the phone was connected to the earphone jack and she spoke as if on an old landline as she then placed her mobile in her pocket. "Hey, yeah. I was actually just talking to my old team and they told me that they were looking to have me back. Something about textures. Nate told me that once you do one Minecraft edit, you're bound to do another." Delilah paused as another voice spoke and she smiled politely at whoever they were. "Nothing going on between us, we just worked together a lot. He was in a similar boat as me though because we worked on Minecraft and the Oculus Rift Star Wars game. I can never remember what it is called. Don't remind me. My head is still spinning. Oculus approached me about something that I can't name yet but I spent all day yesterday stood with a headset on and those things aren't light. I think I pulled a muscle in my neck just by balancing myself." The voice down the phone seemed to pick up and Delilah paced some more until moving to her things and putting away the mess she had made.

"Delilah edits games?" Damien questioned as he tucked his seat away, shamelessly listening in as she packed away just behind them. He had made sure to whisper just in case she heard him talk about her with Shayne.

"What games?" Shayne's response was far louder and whether he didn't get the memo to be quiet, didn't care enough to be quiet or thought that it would be wise to announce to Delilah what they were talking about, Damien didn't share the same sentiment as he shushed him and peered over his shoulder to her.

"Minecraft and some virtual reality stuff." Damien had taken the opportunity to put his coffee cup in the bin and as he returned, Delilah offered a shy smile to him. He mustered an equally shy one in return and Shayne had to hold back his laugh, he had only seen Damien's smile but it was enough to set him off laughing.

"You looked so awkward. Surely she knows by now that you want to go out with her."

"I don't even know if I want to go out with her. She is nice but we don't really know each other and when we do see each other, it is awkward. And not just because I make it awkward." Damien's words weren't ignored but Shayne had to remain silent for a second as he tried to muster up some words to respond.

"Well, just casual sex? What do you want because you're doing that thing that everyone does when they like someone but don't know what to do or say about it. And, if she is doing the same thing then perhaps she feels the same way. Even if it is just a casual thing. I know that the ex she told me about was casual, or so she thinks." Shayne's words sliced something as Damien watched Delilah with an intense gaze.

"Not casual sex. Maybe I should work on being friends with her first. Maybe it will be less awkward and then we can see where we can go from there. Maybe she is looking for a friend but I keep sending out the wrong ideas." Damien's head had run and Shayne had watched the leaps and conclusions that Damien jumped to.
