"Is this Anne??"

"Uh-yes...but who's this??"

"Anne, its me Ashton"

Anne's P.O.V

"Wha-sorry I guess it's a wrong number"

"Anne I have to tell yo-"

"Hey who was it Anne?" she asked "I don't know hun, it was a wrong number" I replied with giving her warm smile and a small kiss on her forehead. "You should go to bed pearl"

"Yeah...good night Anne" she said and left my room

I quickly ended the call cos I had pearl with me and this was not the right time to pick up the call, it was Ashton.... pearl's father. I wonder why have he called after 6 years, right after pearl's mom Diana ..Ashton left and never came back, then what could it be now. There are literally so many questions with me but I have no-one to answer them, pearl never expressed her emotion but I know what all things she had to go through after her parents, its hard to live without a family..

Pearl's P.O.V

She thinks I don't know but im fully aware of everything, there is nothing hidden from me I'm not a kid, dad, it was dad who called Anne, I've been strong for too long now I don't know if Anne understands me but it was hard for me these past years, I was 7 when mom left... I had the right to live, play, have friends, have a life without tensions and problems and I was 11 when dad left but maybe its not even mom and dad's fault maybe it was my destiny it was all in my destiny, I had to live like this...but why???why only me???....I haven't done anything bad to someone, have I??I can feel.. I can feel tears and my eyes turning red but.. I cant cry don't want Anne to be worried for me...I slowly wiped my tears and closed my eyes trying to sleep

Bella's P.O.V

"Oh my god I love thisss, thank you for the breakfast mom" I said while giving mom a hug and clapping my hands out of excitement "Welcome hun, enjoy your breakfast" said mom

I just finished my breakfast I was about to keep the dishes but was interrupted by the knock on the door "lemme check" I said to mom and went towards the door and it was Anne

"Hey Anne I missed you" I gave her a tight hug and she hugged me back and said "I missed you too Bella" I took her to my room and asked "pearl isn't with you??" "uh no she's still sleeping" she said while playing with her hands...I went to her and took her hands in mine "Is everything okay, you look worried...is it something related to pearl??"

"No u-um actually yes" she said with a worried look "Anne what is it tell me"

"her dad is trying to contact me again" she said letting it all out " wha-WHAT does pearl knows about this...if not then this shi- better be a secret between us" I said, I cant believe he first left pearl and now is trying to come back and for what...I know pearl very well and she will never let him come back again...*sigh*

"he wants to meet me" said Anne with a disappointed look on her face, she clearly doesn't wants to meet him but she is doing all this for her sister Diana and pearl. "Go meet him and clear out all the misunderstandings and get answers for your questions" I said in a comforting tone "yeah I will.. I have to go now take care Bella" said Anne giving me a hug and left

Pearl's P.O.V

I just woke up

went straight to take a shower and noticed that my eyes are still swollen a bit

"Agh, what am I gonna tell Anne" I whispered to myself, I have a habit of talking to myself when i have no-one to comfort me I always do that talking to myself in the mirror or while sleeping..i just feel good, Bella knows about this and she thinks of me a psycho lol.. I got ready and went to watch some Netflix but was cut off by the knock on the door..I went to check but I saw someone whom I wasn't excepting at all and it was...
