A Certain Reawakening

It has been a few weeks since what happened. Accelerator had been found by both Atlas forces and Ozpin. Being put in the best hospital they could get him to. Unfortunately he was next to brain dead. And they couldn't fix that. Until every single MISAKA Clone came forward with a solution to Ozpin. Using the Network through an electrode to give Accelerator his ability to do basically everything he should be able to do back. Eventually they had made the device but it had a catch. He wasn't even back to half capacity and the electrode had a 15 minute limit per charge.

Timeskip: Present Day

"What do you mean he's not there!?" Coco slammed her hands on the hospital receptionist's desk. Ozpin lightly pulled her back and asked in a more calm manner

"I just pulled up security footage and he isn't there" the receptionist stated. It was an outside area in a plaza of sorts.

Ozpin sighed and thanked the receptionist for trying. When he felt someone tug on his sleeve. He looked down seeing Ruby staring somewhere else pointing. Ozpin looked as well and saw the clone Accelerator saved. Last Order. She was staring upwards smiling and kicking her feet back and forth on a bench. Ozpin as well as the rest of team RWBY, Ironwood and CFVY followed her gaze and he almost gained a shocked expression if he didn't know who it was

Accelerator sat on a pillar putting him at the very top of the hospital. He was drinking 3 cans of coffee and then when done he stood up. He clicked the electrode on his neck and slowly leant backwards and fell off. As he fell he suddenly back flipped and also twisted his direction to face the group as he slowed down and landed safely having manipulated air vectors once more.

Then he switched off the special feature while Last Order cheered and ran over to him. He looked down at her. Simply staring as he pat her then walked to the others. Before he was tackle hugged by Velvet as the rest of his team swarmed him. He grunted in response as he made quiet greetings to the team. And nods towards team RWBY and Ozpin. "Good to see you recovered Accelerator" Ozpin spoke to him

"thanks for the concern professor" Accelerator seemed to struggle at first to say

"is everything alright" Ozpin asked worried he may be trying a bit much to use vocabulary after such an injury even with this much recovery time and the assistance of the remaining clones.

"I'm. Fine. Just, taking me a minute to get used to speaking again" Accelerator replied "Not usual to have something hooked up to me to have me do basic shit"

They all nodded in agreement and began heading back to Beacon "I assume that you will have no trouble catching up on work"

Accelerator shook his head "I'm still as smart as I used to be. Just takes a bit longer for more complex calculations unless I switch the electrode on. Nothing I can't handle" he explained and assured the professor he'd be fine.

They headed towards the Bullhead that was waiting for them. Once they got on Ruby asked something "what's with the walking stick"

"As much as the recovery and Network's help has done. My motor functions will run a lot easier if I use the cane. Besides. It's a rifle if I ever feel like shooting someone" he bluntly put it

"yeah he's back to normal alright" Yang hummed

"Obviously flame head" He lazily replied as he waited for them to return to Beacon
