Cassiopeia's mother did not allow her to return to school for two weeks. In that time, she had been beaten beyond recognition, then slowly nursed back to health, only for the cycle to begin once again.

Her mother also had more talks with the strange man, which terrified Cassie. But at last, she was finally allowed to return back to school.

Thank Merlin.

Flooing into Dumbledore's office was, interesting, to say the least. When she got there, the headmaster was just sitting there, staring off into the distance.

"Hello, Miss Black-Avery."

"Hello sir. May I return to my classes?"

"Yes, you may."

To this, Cassiopeia nodded and walked past the man, leaving his office. Immediately after walking out, she was pulled into a hug.

"Oh Cassiopeia! I was so worried!" her cousin cried, pulling her in closer.

"Drae I'm phy!" Cassiopeia said, her words becoming muffled by his chest, pulling away, she looked up at the taller boy and repeated herself, "Dray, I'm fine!"

"Oh," the boy continued, not listening to a word the shorter girl was saying, "I'm never leaving you out of my sight again."

Pulling her into his side, the cousins walked (well, technically Draco dragged Cassiopeia) into the Great Hall. As soon as they walked in, the hall quieted down, except for one person.

"My love!" Harry Potter shouted from the Gryffindor table, walking towards the cousins and pulling the younger one in for a hug. "I was so worried about you," he said, making Elias Black laugh.

"Potter, let go of me," Cassiopeia demanded, looking up at the taller boy and then to her cousin, who looked like he was ready to serve a couple years in Azkaban if the Potter boy had his hands on her any longer. Harry just shook his head no, making the Great Hall burst into laughter.

Pulling him into the hallway, Cassiopeia looked at the boy angrily, which for some reason only made him smile more at her. "Harry," the girl said, surprising both of the students, "please let go of me.

"You said my name," the starstruck boy said, staring lovingly at the girl.

"Yes," she responded, "I did, now will you please let go of me."

"Say it again."

"Say what?"

"My name, say it again."

Looking up at the boy, Cassiopeia pushed his falling glasses back up the bridge of his nose and whispered, "Harry."

The two started to lean closer into each other, only inches apart, when the noises of students caused them to pull apart.

However, when Harry looked back, he saw that the girl he loved was gone. Looking around, he failed to see that Cassiopeia was behind a wall, her confusion only increasing. She was about to kiss him. Again. Oh Salazar, how she couldn't wait for Yule break.
