Since some of you might be clueless about the disorders mentioned in this book, I'm here to make it simple for you.

1. OCD (Obsessive Compulsive Disorder)

Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) is a disorder in which people have recurring, unwanted thoughts, ideas or sensations (obsessions) that make them feel driven to do something repetitively (compulsions).

2. Bipolar disorder

A disorder associated with episodes of mood swings ranging from depressive lows to manic highs.

3. ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder)

A chronic condition including attention difficulty, hyperactivity and impulsiveness.

4. Depression


A mental health disorder characterised by persistently depressed mood or loss of interest in activities, causing significant impairment in daily life.

5. SNRI

Serotonin–Norepinephrine Reuptake Inhibitors are a class of antidepressant drugs that treat major depressive disorder, anxiety disorders, obsessive–compulsive disorder, social phobia, attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder, chronic neuropathic pain, fibromyalgia syndrome, and menopausal symptoms.
