Linh plunges the blade as we all look away.
I squeeze Keefe's hand.
The boy i used to despise. The boy who i now know would walk to the end of the world for me. Die for me even.
That boy is sad right now.
After the smell of blood starts flooding the room, i deside its for the best to get back to school.
school, its such a strange concept after all this has happend...
"Come on. Lets get outta here." I tell them all, pulling Keefe by the hand, out of the room.
The others follow.
I lead them along the hallway, until we come to the door at the end. I open it.
We all inhale the beautiful fresh air, and exhale the yucky bloody stuff.
I give Keefe's hand another squeeze. "you ready?"
Keefe looks at me with a tired smile lighting his features a bit. "Yep, Whenever your ready Foster."
*time skip: last year in the school*
I turn my head to meet Keefe's eyes.
We're sitting against a tree, eating lunch, ignoring everyone else.
I peck him on the cheek.
He laughs and pulls me in for a hug.
