I never thought not in a million years

(One month later)

It's been almost 2 months since me and Alex started dating and when it was our one month anniversary Alex asked me to be his girlfriend I of course said yes

I was sitting on the settee looking up at my mother and father both standing in front of me with news for me
"So Lucy your dad and I have some news I don't think you will like it" my mum started
"Okay" i mumbled dragging my word out longer with confusion

With a heavy sigh leaving my dads lips that's when I knew this "news" it's good
"Me and your mum are getting a divorce"he sighed my heart dropped I never thought not in a million years my mum and dad would ever split up sure enough they had those stupid arguments married couples have but I never expected this

"What w-why"I stuttered my mind was completely frazzled
"Me and your father love other people sweetheart" my mum explained
"So you both were having an affair with different people"I asked with a chuckle of disbelief
"It's for the best love"my mum said

"I'm going out for a walk or something I need to process this"I stated getting up from the settee then walking out the room out the front door

I walked down the street I lived in with tears in my eyes quietly sobbing into the sleeve of my sweater I didn't want to be alone right now I knew I could go see Courtney and talk to her but she's probably busy so I decided to walk the other way finding myself at the street I knew all to well

I got to the garden making my way up the 4 little steps leading to the front door I gave the door a few knocks waiting for a moment until I was greeted by Alex

"Ello luv I didn't know yeh whe-" he began as he opened the door cutting himself off
"Wha's wrong babeh why yeh crying come in"he softly said I walked into his house he immediately wrapped his arms around me Stroking my hair pecking the top of my head
"Why yeh crying luv"he mumbled into my hair

I full scale broke down "m-my m-mum and d-dad are getting a d-divorce"I sobbed burying my face into his chest
"I'm so fookin sorreh" he said holding me tighter
"C-can we g-go to your r-room p-please"I mumbled Alex said "yes of course" and he took me to his room

We laid on the bed Alex was holding onto me like I would slip away at any moment I was shaking sobbing my heart out
"I'm sorry Alex it sounds stupid crying over this but it's so unexpected and so what the fuck"I whispered I genuinely never thought they would divorce

"It's not stupid yeh never expected this teh beh honest neither did I"he whispered comforting me in anyway he could
"Todaehs thursdaeh init" he asked out the blue
"Yes why"i mumbled
"Tomorrow is yeh fanceh it of course me you the lads and Courtney all go out take yer mind off it yeh kno' take it easeh for a little while"he smirked I nodded snuggling into him more

I slept at Alex's house last night I didn't want to go home to be reminded what I though was real wasn't anymore Alex was so understanding and immediately did whatever he could to comfort me

I woke up late in the afternoon Alex was sitting at the desk in his room writing on that journal again he didn't realise that I woken up so I decided to surprise him I slowly climbed out of bed tiptoeing over to him I realised he had earphones on with his iPod he looked so adorable in his own little bubble writing whatever he was on his journal

I wrapped my arms around him from behind pecking his cheek taking one of his earphones out "good afternoon"i mumbled
"Good afternoon teh yeh teh miss Lucy"he chuckled craning his neck to give me a kiss which I gladly accepted

"What time are we going out"I asked tiredly Alex looked at me in concern
"What"he didn't say anything
"Yer eyes there like swollen"he stated I went into the bathroom to see and my eyes were swollen because of how much I was crying they weren't madly swollen but you could definitely tell they were

I slashed some cold water over my face then going back to Alex
"Sorreh I didn't answer yer question we're getting them in an hour"he chuckled
"Okay"i mumbled starting to get dressed since I wore Alex's pyjamas
"Alex can I borrow a top"I asked since mines is now dirty with wiping my nose from crying to much
"Yeah help yerself" he replied

I took one of Alex's polo shirts along with one of his tracky jackets
"Yeh readeh"he asked slipping his shoes on I already had mines on
"Yep"I smiled
"Has the swelling went down"I asked him
"A lot" he replied and with that we left his house obviously saying goodbye to penny and David

At the park there was everyone in all their glory laughing and joking
Courtney was already tipsy Nick and Jamie were giving each other insults as their way of bonding
Matt was talking to Andy about something
"The shaggers are here"Courtney beamed
"Wait you two haven't shagged yet did yous"she asked
"No we didn't" I mumbled rolling my eyes plopping myself beside Nick and Jamie to join in on the banter

"Alright dickstains"I smiled cracking open a can of beer
"Alright nutter"Nick giggled
"Miss me"I chuckled "no we fookin luved it when we didn't see yeh"Jamie joked making me slap the back of my hand on his arm

Before I knew it 3 hours have gone by and we were all completely wrecked I was now sitting on the floor with Alex behind me cuddling me
"I luv yeh"he mumbled pecking my neck making me feel things that made me blush
"I love you Alex"I mumbled back smiling
Alex looked at me with his drunken chocolate brown eyes with that cute smile he does when he's drunk making me fall more in love than I already am

"Babeh I kno' weh haven't yeh kno'"he slurred bringing up the face we haven't had sex at all or done anything in that manner
"I fink weh should maybeh consider it if yeh want teh it's completeleh up teh yeh"he slurred making me giggle and peck his lips

"Oy Lucy yeh want a swig"Matt asked gesturing to his bottle of limeade mix with god knows what "why not"I shrugged taking the bottle from him and taking a gulp

"Limeade vodka and apple sours"he shrugged

After a short while we decided to call it a night
"Yeh staying wif mEh tonight"Alex asked holding my hand with a smile
"Only if it's okay"i slurred my walk a bit wobbly my vision was fine and I was aware of my surroundings I was now tipsy not as drunk as I was before

Me and Alex walked and in hand to his house
Well when I say walked we staggered Alex parents where asleep me and Alex make our way upstairs Alex room was at the bottom of the hallway and his mum and dads was at the top on the opposite side

We entered Alex's bedroom Alex immediately took his shoes off I did the same I grabbed the pyjamas I wore the night before and took my clothes off with Alex in the room I didn't care
I slipped on the oversized t-shirt and pulled on the pyjama bottoms he gave me Alex was in only his boxers
"Babeh yeh look fookin stunnin in mEh clothes"he groaned
"Now now keep it in your pants horny child"I chuckled "onleh for yeh babeh"he winked making me blush like mad and do things to me that made me crave him

Alex climbed into bed I climbed into the other side Alex pecked my lips a few time making me giggle he swiped his tongue across my bottom lips asking for permission for his tongue dance with mine which I accepted

"Wha'"he pulled back stunned by my words
"But yer drunk babeh weh can't"he explained Alex was still drunk aswell but I didn't care if I was drunk I wanted him

"Yeh sure"he asked swallowing a lump in his throat

Alex crashed his lips onto mine now hovering over me I moaned into his mouth my hands flying to his hair his lips now attacking my neck making me whimper
I tried to keep quiet the whole time incase I wake Alex's parents up

I laid there beside Alex facing Alex our faces inches from each other wearing only my panties and Alex's t-shirt Alex had his boxers
"I can't believe I lost my virginity" I chuckled
"I can't believe it were mEh tha' took it"he chuckled playfully wiggling his eyebrows

"Yeh luv mEh realleh"i mumbled bringing his lips closer to mine

"Good night Lucy" he mumbled sleepily as I turned my body so my back faced him so he could cuddle me
"Night Alexander" i hummed my eyes knitting shut into a deep slumber
