Alex's POV
I was in andys house with the rest of the band practicing for our gig on Saturday today was only Thursday it's been a week since me and Lucy found out about her pregnancy and it's been on my mind a lot I need this band to be successful I'm also looking for a job just till the band takes off Nick works in Asda and says he could try and get me in with him but it isn't my cup of tea

"Alex Alex AL"Matt shouted snapping his fingers in my face
"Wha'"I asked
"Yeh pure zoned out"he chuckled i hummed in response zoning out again
"What's up"Jamie asked putting his guitar down
"Nofing"I said grabbing my guitar and walking up to the mic everyone else got into position
We started playing I bet you look good on the dancefloor The song I wrote for Lucy i messed up the guitar riff and the words

"Alex summat is up tell us"Matt said
"I'm joost nervous"I chuckled
"Aren't we all"Andy joking patting my back
And we got on with the practice

Lucy's POV
I'm scared about this pregnancy I honestly don't know how me and Alex are going to do it the morning sickness is still there and my mum was starting to notice
"You alright sweet pea"she asked while I looked through records in the living room
"Yeah"I smiled
"You've been sick today"she noted
"It's just that takeaway yesterday didn't agree with me today"I smiled up at her then looking back at the records

I was in the mood for soon 70s music I found a boney m album my grandparents bought me
I placed the vinyl on the record player and placed the needle on the vinyl
'Sunny' now playing as I sat on the couch with my eyes closed taking the sound in my ears

Izzy came in dancing her ass off she loved old music from when she was little even though she was only 34 years old my mum was 35 years old making her 19 when I was born
"Can I sit with my new bestie"she asked
"Of course"I smiled
She plopped down beside me
"So your mum told me you smoke"she chuckled yes my mum knows I smoke she was a laid back parent that some people will call bad parenting but mum always said it's better for her to know then not to know

"Yeah I've been doing it since I was 14"i chuckled
"D'yeh want one"she asked I haven't stopped smoking since I found out about the baby i smoked like 2 a day now when I was a lot a day so I was doing okay not good but okay and to be honest This is only the early stages of my pregnancy and I'm constantly craving cigs
"Yeah why not"i chuckled

We stepped outside I sat on the little brick wall beside the steps Izzy handed me a cig I gladly took She did the same and light mine for me
"You know you remind me so much of me when I was your age"Izzy said smiling I blushed
"Don't worry it's a good thing"she giggled
"Wild free spirited don't give a fuck of what people think your a strong girl I admire that about you"she smiled
"Thanks That means a lot"I smiled starting to tear up great hormones Izzy hugged me for comfort

"So when is it you next see Alex"Izzy asked pulling away
"Erm today actually he's at practice the now"i smiled
"Have you write anymore music"Izzy asked showed her a song i did when I was younger but it was rubbish
"Yeah"i chuckled surprisingly I've wrote 2 songs and I finished off that song I was struggling with months ago
"Can I hear"she asked I thought for a moment then nodded we finished our cigs then went back inside the house to the living room

I had my acoustic guitar with me I was always kept it in the living room for some reason
I jogged upstairs to my bedroom to grab my journal and went back downstairs
"Okay so I have one that i wrote it's based on my birthday party I had in Alex's house"i chuckled

I opened my journal to the page of my song called "this is the life"
I strummed my guitar to the melody I made for the song
"And your singing a song thinking this is the life and you wake up in the morning and your head feels twice the size oh were you gunna go where you gunna sleep tonight"I sang Izzy reading my lyrics on my journal

"Oh my I'm lost for words Lucy you have a true talent"Izzy said stunned
"Can you sing more please"she asked I smiled smiling
"This one was based on a dream I had I was with this lady and she left be under this oak tree I was sleeping but I knew what was happening anyway it's called oak tree "i giggled realising how silly it sounds now

"Lady left me here underneath this old oak tree she made me a bed of twigs and leaves with a trembling voice she sung me to sleep said dream dream dream dream sweet dreams" I softly sang gently plucking the stings Izzy listened carefully the song was a creepy once you get into the depth of it since the dream was a bit scary but I wanted to make it sound somewhat sweet
"That was absolutely beautiful Lucy"she whispered smiling

"This one I wrote about Alex I got stuck for months but I just finished it days ago and this one isn't my best but it's a special one" i chuckled I was shit at explaining things to people "it's called caught you boy"I laughed

"You got anything else"she asked
"None of my own but i can do covers"I laughed
"What ones can you do"she asked I took my journal back and flipped to a page that I listed of covers I could do

Izzy looked through them then she gasped
"Wicked game you got to do wicked game"she begged
"That's my favourite"I smiled
"Mine to"she chuckled
"Can be our song"she chuckled
"It should be"I agreed

"The room was on fire but no one could save me but you strange what desire can make foolish people do

"I see you two are having fun"my mum smiled
"She's a fucking amazing singer"Izzy said making me blush
"That's my baby"my mum proudly said hugging me

(Friday)(matts POV)
Something isn't right Alex is constantly on edge I get he's nervous for the gig so I left it but now when we're all with him and Lucy they aren't they way they used to be all lovey dovey to the point it make you want to crawl in a bin yeah they still act all lovey dovey but they constantly whispered giving each other concerned looks and if we ask if everything is alright they sort of flinched

Today we were practicing like usual we finished school for today and went to andys house
"Hey that's meh water yeh arsehole"Nick said to Jamie great them two are bickering again
"No it's mine yeh dick'ead"Jamie spat
"No yer is over on the table I left mine on the floor"Nick stated
"Well tha's Wha' yeh get for fookin soaking mEh yeh tosser" Jamie sassed holding two fingers to Nick
"Yeh still goin on about tha'"Nick groaned
"No fookin wonder"Jamie said
"Bof of yeh fook up Jamie get practicing" I said someone has to be responsible

(Courtney's POV)
I sat beside Lucy while the boys practice the music was loud so they couldn't hear our conversation
"So What's the test say"I asked Lucy turned me me and smiled this smile was different I only seen this smile once it was when she first met my sister polly
"I'm pregnant"she whispered I squealed and hugged her they boys looked at us with weird faces
"Girl talk fuck off"I chuckled

"So what did Alex say"I asked I swear if that dick says anything bad I'll kill him
"He's happy he says he's here every step of the way"Lucy recalled I couldn't be more happy for my sister from another mister
"I'm so proud of you"i whispered
"I'm going to tell my mum tomorrow me and Alex"she said I could tell she was nervous
"If anything happens you got me and my lot I know we're not that much but we're always here"I said
"Yous are a lot your all my family you your mum your dad and polly I love you all so much" Lucy said
I smiled and hugged her again

Lucy made me promise not to tell anyone until she was ready and I'm keeping that promise I'll even take it to the grave if i have to "your the only one who knows"Lucy stated

Once the boys finished practicing Andy sat beside me I smiled Alex sat beside Lucy I gave him a smile to say I know and I'm here for both of you I'm not going to lie I'm excited to be an auntie
