(Alex's pov)

"I missed this" Lucy softly smiled my heart jumped a beat maybe there is hope we can get back together but deep down we both know it won't work well right now anyway we hurt each other too much to go back to normal but I won't give up and to have Lucy's sweet lips on mine once more was all I needed to give me that hope

A weeks have passed since we kissed that moment running through my head every second of everyday rhiannon was going to stay over at my place for a week and join me for another 2 weeks on tour I had my house all cleaned the day before tidying rhiannons room mostly her toys art things she's been really into art alot lately I loved every drawing or painting she gave me hanging it on my refrigerator 

Once I had the house all squared up for rhiannon staying I got dinner prepared for us Around half 5 my door bell rang I turned the stove off till I answered the door to find rhiannon and Lucy "hi dad" rhiannon smiled walking into my house "Hello rhiannon" I said Lucy stood by the door a bit awkwardly as tension raised between us both

"Hi" she spoke an awkward smile on her face "hi" I replied back just the same amount of awkwardness "how are you" I asked "starving yourself?" Lucy replied back "yeah alright I'm making dinner and I think I made too much for just me and Rhiannon if you want some" I asked hoping she would say yes "would that be alright" she answered as her stomach rumbled

"Of course" I chuckled letting Lucy into the house she took off her cheetah print coat and hung it up of a door her heels clicking on the wooden floor I couldn't help but stare at her how much she changed her hair was now jet black and wavy her style was heroin chic like she suited it very much

"Going anywhere nice" I asked as small talk "on a date actually" she shrugged  *Ouch* I didn't expect that to be honest "who's the lucky fella" I asked mixing the pasta sauce "his names evan he's cute" she blushed the way I used to make her blush the way she blushed a few weeks ago when we kissed

"That's actually what I wanted to talk to you about you know as co-parents" Lucy said I nodded knowing it was adult talk "rhiannon why don't you go to your room the now till dinners ready" I said rhiannon got her back said went off to her room

"So what do you want to talk about" I asked focusing on the food being made not wanting to look Lucy in the eye "dating how we go about it with other people we need to set rules for rhiannons sake" she said

"Right well they don't meet her until its serious" I inputted Lucy nodded knowingly "agreed we don't tell her about it aswell" I agreed "we need to get along with the other person it would be awkward at party's and stuff" Lucy added "if one of us is dating and like the person a lot we need to get to know them before rhiannon can meet them" I pointed out "100 percent" Lucy muttered

To be honest I didn't want to have this conversation for obvious reasons but I'm happy for lucy she's getting back out there "so are you seeing anyone" she asked I chuckled nervously "yeah kinda" I lied shit "who" she asked smiling "erm just some bird I met at the album launch" I shrugged alex you complete liar

"Well maybe we should all get together if it gets serious" Lucy suggested I nodded "definitely"

Lucy's pov
I didn't want to go on this date I was enjoying spending some time with alex and Rhiannon like a family again but he's moved on I think I don't know I think he made it up because I said I was going on a date I don't blame him I would have did the same

I didn't want to move on it was zoe basically forcing me in a good way she gave me a number of some guy evan and we chatted for a bit and facetimed he's sweet and kind I like him not as much as alex obviously

I gave rhiannon a kiss goodbye alex gave me a hug which I accepted I didn't forget about that kiss we had weeks ago and its been on my mind all the time I miss his lips on mine like they were meant to be on each other like two puzzle pieces that's all I want for us to be together again but it probably won't happen again
