Katsumi opened her eyes, to find herself in... an odd place.
The walls were bright white with glowing shades of soft reds and pinks. Strawberry designs were moving around on the walls.
Along with her, everyone else was also stirring from their sleep, expressing surprise and confusion from their current environment.
"It... seems like we were brought here when we were knocked out..." Katsumi muttered.
"In that case, this must be the interior of the funhouse," Nagito said.
"Weeeeelcome to Strawberry House!" Monokuma said, showing up suddenly.
He showed them a layout map and proceeded to explain.

They were currently in the 3rd floor's indoor park. The 2nd floor had a lounge and five guest rooms of varying quality (2 Deluxe, 1 Standard and 2 Crummy) and the 1st floor had something called "The Final Dead Room" with a supposedly life-threatening game.
Finally, there was a hallway that led to what was called "Strawberry Tower."
"That concludes the tour!" Monokuma said. "Though it's better if you just explore it on your own two feet. Any questions?"
"To bring us to a place like this..." Gundham said. "What are you planning to make us do this time?"
"Ah, didn't I explain it to you?" Monokuma said. "This is the motive this time... an escape game!"
A motive... this quickly?
"Basically, there's only one way to get out of this building... when the killing happens... after the next murder... I'll let you guys out!"
With a laugh, he disappeared.
Of course, everyone was now anxious. When Kazuichi angrily pointed out that Nekomaru shouldn't have fallen asleep, he explained that he had a sleep function that was caused by a press of the button on the back of his neck that could only be woken up with his alarm.
Another useless function... What was Monokuma doing?
"For now, why don't we look for the exit?" Chiaki proposed.
"Is there... even an exit?" Nagito asked. "If there was, wouldn't it make Monokuma's motive meaningless?"
"Stop giving up, dumbass!" Fuyuhiko shouted. "If we were brought inside, then there's definitely a way out!"
With that, everyone agreed to search.
"Exploring on your own is too dangerous," Chiaki said. "It might be better if we team up with someone."
Slowly, people started forming groups and left. Akane and Fuyuhiko, Sonia and Gundham (Kazuichi got dumped), then...
"Hey, Hirata-san," Chiaki spoke up. "Do you want to explore together?"
