The first thing you did was gather supplies that you would need and organize them on Leo's floor and table beside his bed so you had everything you would need on close reach. Tylenol, Advil, a garbage can, a bowl of water, a few rags, an ice pack, etc. You quickly got Donnie to help gather the supplies and went back to Leo, opening up the Tylenol and grabbing a glass of water.

"Leo, can you sit up for me?" you asked gently and he just whimpered in response. He coughed a couple of times and you winced, hearing the rattle in his chest. You helped prop him up and stacked a few pillows behind his shell, his eyes only opening once when you attempted to sit him up. It was a struggle to get him to take the Tylenol, but eventually he did it.

"Leo, take the Tylenol," you said as you glanced at the clock. 10pm. "So I can give him two more at 4am," you mentally reminded yourself. He shook his head.

"I'm fine," he slurred out. You sighed and shook your head in annoyance. Donnie was right. Of course Donnie was right, Leo was stubborn.

After you finally got him to take it, you made him lay down a little bit more, but still stay slightly propped up against the pillows so his coughing might slow down a little bit. He was pretty unresponsive, just letting out little whimpers and soft groans of pain every once in a while when there was noise any louder than your soft voice trying to smooth him, and shivering a ton.

Eventually the Tylenol kicked in and his painful whimpers died down, probably relieving the headache at least. Though you noticed that like Donnie had said, he wouldn't go to sleep. His eyes fluttered open every once in a while but he didn't sleep. At all.

You sighed as you pulled a thin sheet up over his lower half and grabbed a thermometer, sticking it into his mouth and waiting for it to beep. 101.8. You frowned and put the thermometer to the side before grabbing a cloth and dipping it into the bowl of cold water. You sat on the bed beside him and gently placed the cloth on his forehead, watching him shiver even more at the new cold feeling.

His blue eyes cracked open slightly and searched the room until they landed on you, and he gave a small smile as his eyes shut again.

"When did you get here?" He asked quietly. You laughed a little to yourself knowing that he probably wouldn't remember any of this when he got better.

"A while ago. How are you feeling?" You asked softly and he kept his eyes closed while he answered.

"Unnghhh. Like I got hit by a truck," he groaned. You sighed and took the cloth off his head, having to put it in cold water again since his fever was so high the towel was already hot. He shivered again when you put the towel on his head, and his eyes opened a little again, showing that pure, deep blue that you loved so much. Except right now; they were hazy and glazed over.

"You *cough* shouldn't be here. You're gonna get sick," he rasped out.

"That's not important right now. Try to get some sleep Leo," you said softly and he nodded a little as his eyes fell closed. Before you could even move, his eyes shot open wide again and he sat straight up, the towel falling off his head. You didn't even skip a beat, just handed him the trash can and turned the other way. You heard someone enter the room and then turn around and walk right back out, and you realized it was Raph by the way he called out "NOPE!" as he left. You sighed, rubbing Leo's shell gently as you tried to comfort him as best you could.

When he finished, you took the garbage can from him and set it on the floor again, wincing at his appearance. He was panting now and letting out small whimpers, trying to catch his breath as he leaned back against the pillows and squeezed his eyes shut. You gently untied his blue mask and took it off, giving you more room to place the cold cloth, and set it on his bedside table. The way his eyes were shut so tight in discomfort made you feel horrible for him. You then replaced the towel on his head and grabbed a second cloth and wet it, ringing it out and wiping his face gently, wiping off his clammy and flushed skin while he struggled to catch his breath.
