Chapter 15 (Ending in Arguments)

When we finished our dinner we went and sat in the living room with a cup of coffee till the front door burst open and cussing was heard in the front of the house
"We almost fucking had him" we heard Giro's yelled
"If it wasn't for that fucking piece of shit Mario we would have killed his ass" you could clearly hear Sebastian's angry voice say, I have never heard him this angry before

Linda and Mateo looked at me and I gave a soft laugh
"Nothing I haven't heard before" I replied

"If we only had the shipment on a later basis then this wouldn't have happened" Ray said again
"Ray can you find out where they will be going next we have to kill that fucking piece of-"Sebastian's voice got stuck when they turned the corner and he laid his eyes on mine I looked at all of them and they looked bad, there were blood that covering their shirts and they looked like they were dragged in dirt

"What the fuck is she doing here?" Sebastian half yelled pointing at me
"We went dress shopping today" Lila said happily and Linda interrupted
"I asked her over for dinner" she looked at me and then back at him while he took a deep breath
"You know what never fucking mind I am going to get cleaned up by the time I get back I want her fucking gone" he said and stormed off
"I'm so sorry Devon" Linda said but I just smiled
"Never mind him" Giro said and gave a soft kiss on Lila's lips and asked

"Did you find a dress?" he asked her and I could see the love they had for each other
"Oh yes I can't wait for you to see it" she replied and I stood there not knowing where to look or say
"Sorry about that everything didn't go as planned" Ray told me and I waved at him
"Don't worry I am used to that" I pointed to the upstairs where Sebastian left while Ray laughed
"It still amazes me that she hasn't run away yet" Linda was the one to comment and I looked at her
"I mean when I first entered all of this I literally ran for the doors till Mateo here convinced me it wasn't that bad and brought me back and now after 30 years I am still as happy as ever" she patted Mateo's arm

"Well I am also going to take a shower" Giro said and looked over at me
"We will see you tomorrow for the fittings" he yelled and walked up the stairs
"Yip" I popped the 'p'

We went back to the living room so we could finish our coffee's and chat a little more but I decided it was time to head home because it was getting late and I needed an early start for tomorrow as I stood up while Linda and Mateo did the same

"I think it is time to head home, I have an early morning tomorrow with the fittings for the men" I told Linda and she smiled at me
"We understand you are always welcome as I said before" she gave me a hug and I smiled
"Thank you Mateo" I nodded at him
"We will see you on Thursday night for the second round of a party" Mateo said and I smiled
"I can't wait to see this one" I said to him and Lila looked at me
"Thank you so much for today Devon, you are amazing" she hugged me tightly and whispered in my ear
"Sorry about tonight I will try and hit some sense in that head of my brothers" she said and I laughed because I knew she was joking
"Lila it is always a pleasure, don't worry about him" I said squeezing her hand
"My driver will take you back" she said but got interrupted by the devils voice
"No need I am going back to my place so I will drop her" I turned as he said these words I almost doubled over at the sight of him, his hair was wet from the shower and he had a shirt on for the first time ever showing his biceps, I could fully see the tattoo that covered his complete arm, he looked sexy. Fuck that was not good

We said our goodbyes and pulled on our coats as Sebastian walked out in front of me climbing in his sports car, such a gentleman I thought opening the door and climbing in. The car was warm inside and he pulled out of the driveway

"Look I can see you are pissed-"
"Oh no pissed is not the word" he interrupted me as I sighed
"Okay well you are more than pissed but it doesn't give you the right to vent that anger out on me-"
"I can vent my anger out on anyone I am the fucking boss around here" he hissed gripping the steering wheel harder till his knuckles turned white and I had it up the here with this fucking man
"Clearly this is not my fault you are angry and it is starting to piss me off" I yelled and he laughed
"You're pissed, ever since you stepped into my fucking life you are the reasons for all my problems for everything going wrong" He said through clenched teeth
"You cannot just...I have tried to be nicer to you I have tried my best" I said but he shook his head
"No need to be nice to be, that would be the last thing I want" he looked at me
"Why are you so angry anyways?" I tried a different approach but hell was I in for the worst
"Because of fucking you, because you wiggle yourself into my life, into my family's life than you expect everything to be perfect yet my fucking family is so swoon over you, you try and tell me how to run my life my fucking business-"

"I have never tried anything from the first day you met me you decided that I was just trash to throw around, I try for your sister to make it better for her" I yelled over him but he didn't have any of it
"Because you are fucking trash coming from a broken home, you expect everyone to bend to your back and will" each word he spoke I flinched for the first time I felt terrified of Sebastian not about what he would do but the way he could hurt me with words
"Stop the car" I tried to compose my voice but it cracked in the end but he didn't listen he drove more
"What now you're scared of the fucking truth" he spat out
"At least I am not hiding behind my pain, I know I come from a broken home but I accepted it unlike you" I said and knew I hit a nerve
"Stop the car" I said again and the car came to a complete stand still I got out and slammed the door shut, trying to get away as fast as possible
"Get in the car Devon" he yelled as I gripped my jacked closer to myself but I kept on walking

"What so you can see how many insults you can throw back at me?" I yelled back and walked I knew my apartment wasn't far from here
"Fine" I heard him say and sped off in the other direction I couldn't believe he left me right there but I saw the black van driving slowly behind me and I laughed shaking my head
Why would he worry anyway the cold hit my face and I started to shiver when my apartment came into view. I stepped on the threshold and unlocked my door stepping into the dark apartment I hit my back against the door

"I hate you Sebastian Domenico" I said into nothingness

I walked over to the shower undressed myself and climbed in letting the soothing warm water relax my tense muscles just a few more weeks than I wouldn't have him in my life anymore with that thought I showered dressed and climbed into bed letting the sleep cover me in its blankets but nothing, I tossed and turned the whole night with him on my mind
