Chapter 6 - The Meetup

Y/N POV

DAY 2

I showed George up to my tree and told him about my experience since spawning in this world, whilst sitting round the campfire. "I spawned in a mega taiga at first but then I decided it would be better to set up base in this plains biome, what about you George?" I spoke, also curious of George's own experience.

"Well, I spawned in a dark oak forest biome that was bordering a plains biome. It feels strange actually living inside a Minecraft world, did you used to play Minecraft before this Y/N?" George asked me as I sat looking out over the open plains, George's horse frolicking happily amongst the other horses on the plains.

I pondered my answer for a short while, "I used to play Minecraft before this but I don't remember a lot of the crafting recipes or knowledge." George seemed confused by this, well so was I to be fair...

Technoblade POV

DAY 2

I woke up laying upon the sand, my body shivered from exposure to the natural elements as I slept under the stars the previous night. Groggily, I stood up and dusted the sand off of my royal red cape. Surveying my surroundings, I realised I'd made it to land and situated myself on a beach at the edge of a plains biome. The sight of animals and trees reassured me that there is hope of surviving this in one piece. 

The sun blazed as it rose above the horizon giving light to all my surroundings. I began to make my way further into the plains biome to collect some more wood and some food - 2 apples wouldn't suffice. 

After the grueling work of chopping down trees and culling cows for their meat I set myself up a furnace and cooked the 11 raw steak I'd collected. Whilst waiting for my steak to cook, I had another look around me just taking in the scenery... until I saw a figure walking in my direction.

A tall looking man in the distance, I couldn't make out any intricate features or colours until he neared... A tall man wearing a green hoodie, tight black jeans and a smiley faced mask covering his face... I instantly recognised him as he recognised me. Before I could react, I saw the figure's walk turn into a full on sprint nearing me now at a rapid pace before pouncing on me and engulfing me in a hug.

"Technoblade! What the hell are you doing here?" He shouted, joy evident in his tone. He was slightly taller than me so his arms wrapped tightly around my neck as I stood there, arms by my side. I don't do hugs...

"Dream, my old friend. You were the last person I'd expect to see here, I'm just as confused as you are. From my calculations, we've managed to spawn inside a Minecraft world. Not playing it, but actually living it."

Eventually Dream released his grip around my neck and stood back, his mask still covering the majority of his facial features. The mask sat high enough up his face that I could make out his chiselled jawline and lips that were turned into a happy grin. I will admit, I was relieved to see Dream, a person that I knew, that I worked well with... but that didn't answer any of our questions as to how we both ended up here and what a coincidence that we both ended up here together.

After collecting my things from the furnace, we carried on into the plains biome just catching up on general things together: what biomes we came from, our skills, the potential of finding other players. Until we saw it... a trail of smoke high in the sky. Suddenly, the adrenaline kicked in and we both went into full sprint heading towards the smoke in hope of answers. 

Dream POV

DAY 2 

Techno and I began to run towards the smoke in hope of answers. Occasionally I would look peer over to my right, to him. He was just a bit smaller than me (only by 2 inches or so) but Techno always carried himself well: he was muscular and strong, straight upright posture and always an axe equipped in hand.
