a week had passed, Simeon and Luke had returned to R.A.D shortly after leaving the Celestial realm, Simeon was almost excited to be back as he had his Serendipity not too long ago, he figured out that he was in love with you he wanted to tell you, but he first thought the best thing to lead up to that would be asking you on a date as it was very proper, before even thinking of courtship, so he started to think where'd he take you, he pondered the thought thinking the human world would be great also because he thought maybe you were homesick, If so he didn't want you to be sad as his only desire was to see you happy 

Luke looked up at Simeon, "you've been in deep thought...care to talk about it"

Simeon looked down with a smile, "I've thought about taking (Y/n) on a date"

Luke nodded, "I see...well what'll you do together"

Simeon thought, "perhaps I could take her to dinner and for a stroll through the park"

Luke smiled, "sounds perfect!"

Simeon smiled, "yes and when the times right I'll...I'll tell her I love her"

Luke looked on sadly knowing his old friend still didn't know the truth, but he had to know at some point although he'd never say it himself, so Luke just put on a smile listening to Simeon's thoughts and ideas, on how he was going to confess to you. once they returned to Purgatory Hall Luke soon went to the kitchen as to prepare for dinner, but then he found you there 

you turned with a smile, "Luke! welcome back"

Luke smiled, "oh hey (Y/n), what're you doing here"

you smiled, "I just wanted to welcome you and Simeon back, so I took it upon myself to make dinner for you both also....I spoke with Lucifer I'll be staying here for a bit"

Luke jumped up, "that's great!"

just then Simeon came into the kitchen, and once you met each other's eyes you both blushed 

Simeon smiled, "(Y/n)....what brings you here"

Luke turned to him, "she's staying with us for awhile"

Simeon smiled with a blush, "really...that's wonderful"

you bashfully looked away as you saw him gazing at you, with his beautiful cyan eyes 

Simeon walked over, "you're making dinner for us...that's much too kind"

you smiled, "no please, It's the least I could do while being here"

Luke then came up between you bot, "so...in terms of living quarters where will she stay"

you then realized "oh I...didn't think of that"

Simeon blushed, "we couldn't have you sleeping on the lounge sofa...why don't you take my bedroom"

"Simeon...that's sweet but I-"

he smiled warmly, "please I insist"

that smile made your heart melt, you couldn't say no, never to him, "alright then"

just then Luke jumped up taking the bowl from your hands, "I'll take over from here"

Simeon then gestured with you both leaving the kitchen, he then showed you to his room you'd never been inside it before, but it was so very warm and welcoming just like him 

you looked around, "It's so nice"

Simeon smiled, "I'm glad you think so"

you went over to the bed sitting down, onto it the comforter was very soft, Simeon came over sitting next to you although quite the air was filled with so many things, joy, love, yearning and hope that you could feel same, Simeon smiled warmly at you

"(Y/n) I...your being here brings much more happiness to purgatory hall"

you blushed with a smile, "that's sweet, but I'm sure It's not just me"

he reached over tucking a stray hair behind your ear, "I mean what I say....as I never lie"

you blushed at the sudden intimate action, your heart started to beat fast you shied hoping he wouldn't hear, but then he stood up walking over to the door, "please make yourself at home"

you smiled with a nod he then left closing the door behind him, but then he turned to the door placing his hand and forehead to it as he closed his eyes.
