Fun in the snow Chap.20

A few days later...

It had snowed In the Devildom with It getting colder, you knew that as a sign that meant winter was here, but also It meant the holidays would soon be approaching you couldn't wait to spend It with your Fiancé and Devildom family, speaking of Simeon, he'd returned back to the Celestial realm for another two weeks as to do his duties, you didn't mind this at all as he'd made and agreement with the father and Michael, that he'd give up two weeks away from you In order to do his devout tasks and duties as an Angel he kept his position as an Archangel, you were glad about that too as you'd feel heartbroken, If he'd fallen from grace, you'd blame yourself for It

It was the afternoon you were sitting by the fireplace, Luke had come by to visit, bringing along some early Christmas treats. you made some hot chocolate to go with them, as of late Luke seemed to get closer to the brother's, despite him always saying Angels and Human's shouldn't mix with Demons but he'd gotten to know them better, and was much more friendly to them 

Mammon came into the living room, "Hey there's a lotta fresh powder out there, I say we have a snowball fight"

Luke jumped up "Or build a snowman"

Satan sighed "down here they're called snow demons but yeah I guess I'll join too, Asmo what about you 

Asmodeus smiled, putting down his mirror "It sounds like fun, also I'll be able to get some good pics for Devilgram"

Lucifer sighed "Fine but don't track snow into the house...again, (Y/n) are you going to join"

you smiled with a nod "Of course"

after that, everyone went to put on their winter gear and you followed suite, before heading outside into the snow, Mammon immediately started throwing snowballs at everyone 

you were in the middle of helping Luke build and snow angel, it turned out to be very adorable but then you felt a snowball hit the back of your head, you fell over a little which made Luke rush helping you back up, you assured him with a smile that you were fine

Luke huffed, gathering some snow into his mittens "Take this, this is for (Y/n)!"

he tossed a snowball at Mammon, making him topple over into the snow with his legs sticking In the air, Leviathan snapped a quick picture before snickering together with Asmodeus. you looked at your Devildom family with a smile, but then you started to feel a sense of loneliness 

Luke turned to you "Are you okay, (Y/n)"

you took a breath "I am but...I hope I'm not being selfish when I say this, but I miss Simeon, I know this is how It's going to be but sometimes...I can't help feeling sad"

Luke came to your side "It's not selfish, it's understandable you and him were separated for a longtime, after getting Father's permission your together again but he has to be away for two weeks at most, he's your Fiancé of course you're sad and lonely right now"

"Yes, but even so I'll try my best to endure for Simeon and me, I love him very much and even If he were to be gone for a month, I'd still wait for him"

Luke's cheeks became rosy, he smiled "That's very sweet, I've always known you and Simeon were meant for each other"

you smiled, giving his head a pat, but just then your vision was blocked by something, a pair of gloves over your eyes, you were confused "Hm? who's this?"

"Have a guess, My Lamb"

a smile came to your face, Simeon uncovered your eyes helping you onto your feet, before you embraced with a hug, he held you tight as he nuzzled your forehead, you then shared a kiss 

he smiled, "Forgive me my sweet, I heard every word"

you looked down, "darling I...I know this is what's going to happen from now on, but I'd hate to be selfish be-"

he cupped your cheeks "It's alright not at all selfish, I know what you're going through as well, I miss you every second when I'm In Celestial realm, but I'm always happy to know that I'll hold you In my arms just like this again soon,"

you caressed his cheek, "I'm sorry, I...I didn't even-"

Simeon shook his head "Please, don't apologize It's alright what's Important is that we've been given another chance, and we'll be able to stay together"

you smiled with a nod, hugging him as he wrapped his around you In return, but then he gave you a smile before falling backwards, he brought you down with him as you fell into the snow, you laughed together while brushing yourselves off 

you giggled "Simeon, that was sneaky"

he smiled, looking up at the sky "I'm not sure I follow"

he then laid down once more, bringing you into his arms as he placed tender kisses to your forehead, you leaned more into his embrace, just as you were attacked being bombarded by snowballs from your Devildom family and friends.
