Words of wisdom Chap.11

It was a nice afternoon you had just left Purgatory hall after spending sometime with Simeon it was time for lunch so you had to quickly leave as it was your turn to make lunch today so you headed back to the house of Lamentations on the way there you thought to make one of the recipes Simeon taught you how to make you hoped they'd like it after you left Simeon went to his room as to rest for awhile he laid down on his bed closing his blue eyes 

just then visions of your bright smiling face came to mind and he smiled with a blush thinking of you his...well his he didn't know what to call you know except for lover which was appropriate 

he smiled warmly "my love...."

just then he sat up taking his D.D.D from his cloak he wanted to send you a text so he thought long and hard about what he wanted to say before typing *I miss you already* with a heart

sending it before a few minutes later you replied *I miss you too*

he smiled sending another few heart emoji's with you sending a blushing smiley face 

he laughed before turning off his D.D.D he laid it on his nightstand getting up leaving his room he started to look around for Luke soon finding him in the kitchen 

Luke was currently stirring a bowl with a wooden spoon he turned "oh hey! did (Y/n) leave"

Simeon gave a nod "yeah she left not too long ago"

he then came over looking in Luke's bowl "what're you making"

he smiled "I'm making muffins I just gotta add the blueberries"

Simeon smiled "I'm sure they'll be wonderful"

he then went to the cupboard getting a cup before putting some Ice In it 

"Can I...have a word with you Luke"

he turned "of course"

Simeon filled up his cup with water before going to sit at the kitchen island 

"I expected to disappear from existance by now or...fall because of me confessing my love to (Y/n) I'm even a little wary of what I do"

Luke looked down "It...may not happen just yet but still you have to be careful"

Simeon had a sip of his water "Okay"

but then he sighed resting his head on his hand "but...I just don't understand why can't we be able to be In love and be happy like other beings"

Luke sensed the sadness In his old friend "we're not like other beings Simeon....we're Angels heavenly beings who aren't supposed to have desires or attachments"

Simeon closed his eyes "I've failed In that aspect I do have attachments and Desires...I'm an Angel In love with a Human...whom I want to be with and If I'm to be punished for it...so be It"

he then got up without another word and Luke looked on sadly but then he put down his bowl running to catch up to Simeon he finally caught him pulling on his cloak 

"Simeon...."

Simeon turned with a warm smile on his face "I'll be okay...don't worry about me"

Luke silently gasped seeing the emotions in his eyes even with this deep hurt he remained always pure and positive he let go of Simeon's cloak watching his old friend go.
