Apart Chap.13

After that you went back home to the house of Lamentations where you cried In your room for the rest of the day you knew crying wouldn't solve anything but It was all you felt like doing sure you weren't mad or upset with Simeon your love for him still remained, but you just couldn't understand why the Celestial realm rules had to be so cruel you understood what calamity happened during the war all because of Lilith's Human lover but you thought couldn't there be a way to change fate or history you wanted to work things out 

you laid in bed as you clutched your tissues you had without intention cried yourself sick, but it wasn't too serious Beelzebub came to check on you a little bit ago with Belphegor whom tried to make you feel any better he gave you his cow pillow to hug you appreciated their efforts to lift your spirits but it was just Impossible right now you'd just found out you couldn't be with the man or rather Angel you loved due to a thousand year old law within the Celestial realm 

you sniffled "what can I do...what should I do..."

just then there was a knock on your door with it opening to reveal Lucifer 

you looked at him for a second before turning away as he strode over to your bed sitting down

he sighed "the others berated and yelled at me I know I deserve that for what I did but...you couldn't be kept In the dark about it I don't mind if you never forgive me but please know that I care...I and Simeon used to be like brothers during my days as an Angel...even after I fell, he didn't think any less of me or wanted to cut off ties...he is my oldest friend and you aren't just a housemate you're a part of this family...I deeply care about you just like my brothers...we don't want you getting hurt by anything even though I knew this would hurt you deeply...I thought what I did was right by telling him of the law a month ago...but I was wrong"

you sat up as he then continued "Simeon left back to the Celestial realm...I have no Idea what's going through his mind at the moment or why he left...but this is hurting him deeply too"

 you took a breath "I would be heartbroken If Simeon met a tragic fate because of me...Luci isn't there anything that can be done...please tell me"

Lucifer let out a sigh "I'm afraid not..."

you covered your face as you started to cry once more with a headache following Lucifer put his hands on your shoulders rubbing them before he brought you into a hug 

he rubbed your back "Are you mad at me and my brothers"

you shook your head as to say no and he nodded feeling satisfied with relief, but he was still feeling remorse for what he'd done but all he could do now was help you get through this.

Up In the Celestial realm Simeon stood before the Archangel Michael kneeling, as he was now home, he had his white wings and golden halo above his head he'd never heard Michael raise his voice before until now he was usually kind and sensible but most of all understanding many things ran through Simeon's head as he was listening without flinching, deep down he was prepared for whatever punishment he'd be given

"Simeon...do you understand the gravity of this situation"

"Yes Sir"

"Then How dare you still try to pursue that woman you've broken the most sacred rule of this realm I know you fell in love with her deeply, but It is forbidden for a reason and that reason is to maintain the balance between our world and that of the humans...but most of all to keep any more Angels from falling..."

Simeon looked down "...aren't we allowed the right to love or happiness"

"We are Angels...we're supposed to give our love equally to every being not tied down to earthly desires to spread the grace and light of the Almighty...that Is our duty I'm reminding you of this because I care for you just like our heavenly father...I did not want things to be this way and I do not wish to do this but for breaking our most sacred law you must be punished"

Simeon bowed his head "Yes Sir..."

"I have been given the right to punish you as I see fit...I don't wish to banish you from the celestial realm...I don't wish for your damnation, but you shall be confined for the next hundred years as to repent...are you willing Simeon"

 Simeon's eyes widened as he realized how long that would be he'd never see you again he bawled his hands into fists until they shook feeling tears come to his eyes, but he fought them back looking up he met the Archangels eyes "I am Willing...thank you for father's mercy"

Simeon then clasped his hands as he then came to his feet with Raphael striding into the room, he greeted Michael first before gesturing Simeon to come along escorting him out 

they walked through the halls quietly before Raphael let out a sigh starting to speak

"Honestly what were you thinking Simeon"

Simeon looked out the windows "Sir I was thinking I wanted to be happy in love"

The Seraphim shook his head "I understand but you know how things are done...Michael is doing this for your own good you got off easy with confinement for a hundred years" 

they walked further down the corridor before walking out of the castle down a long white stone pathway suspended off the ground leading to a little chamber house Raphael went first opening up the doors gesturing as Simeon went inside looking around It was just like his room but smaller there was even a window 

he sighed "It's time...I need to close the doors now please forgive me"

Simeon looked down "you are doing your duty...I don't hold this against you Sir"

Raphael then walked up to him giving him a gentle pat on the shoulder 

"One hundred years your to be confined here...It may feel like an eternity but please bare through before you know it, you'll have your freedom and regain Michael's trust"

 he gave his shoulder another pat before he strode out of the room closing the double doors on the outside Raphael summoned golden glowing chains and a lock putting them on the doors once Simeon heard the sounds of it being locked his reality became clearer...he was trapped to stay in there for the next hundred years he walked over to the window peering out Simeon then placed his forehead against the glass as tears streamed down his cheeks.
