CHAPTER 7

Sauvey's POV

Nandito na ko sa office ko. Actually kanina pa ko nandito. Dreb, Yohan and Lee isn't here. Maybe they were together. As always naman. Yasmin are here. She's sitting in the sofa. Ako naman, may mga papeles na pinipirmahan. Pero binabasa ko muna. Just in case na may hindi magandang papeles akong mapirmahan. Delikado na at baka madawit pa ang kumpanya ko. Damn it, i wanted to go home and see Aoife. I feel horny again— I know, i should know my limitations because Aoife are too young. But i really can't control myself! If i could get out this feeling to the others, i'll do it. But Aoife will be mad at me. Hindi ko na gusto pang maulit yung nangyari katulad kagabi. Kaya ngayon, mukhang nakasimangot si Yasmin at hindi ako pinapansin. The hell i care. I've been making love with her for so long— Not that long. Sa totoo lang, i don't like Yasmin. She's so clingy! I don't like it. It makes me annoyed.

Pinagtiisan ko lang talaga siya dahil nahihirapan sina Dreb humanap ng babae para sa 'kin. Not until i found Aoife. I promise to myself that she'll be the last woman i make love with. There's a weird feeling when i'm always kissing her. That is really weird. Never ko pa iyon naramdaman kay Yasmin. Nagulat ako nang makita ko ang hitsura ni Aoife sa papel na nasa harapan ko. Inalog-alog ko naman yung ulo ko. Damn it. Am i hallucinating? Maybe, i just need some rest. Wala na kasi akong pahinga buong araw. Earlier in the morning, i cooked breakfast. Tapos sinundo namin ni Aoife yung kapatid niya at hinatid namin sa school. After that, naghiwalay na kaming dalawa. Nagtungo naman ako dito para gawin na yung mga dapat kong gawin. Arghh. I really wanted to go home. Napabuntong-hininga na lang tuloy ako. At napatunog ko naman ang leeg ko. I saw Yasmin stand up from sitting on the sofa.

She went to me and she hug me from the back while i'm sitting."Are you still mad at me?"she ask me in a melodious way.

Tinapos ko muna ang pagpirma ko dito sa mga papel."Know your place Yasmin. I'm still your boss."sabi ko sa kanya.

I heard she sighed."Okay sir Sauvey. But can we continue what we were doing last night? Inistorbo kasi tayo nung squatter girl na 'yon ih."aniya.

Uminom muna ko ng tubig mula sa baso kong malapit lang sa 'kin."Don't call her like that."sambit ko.

She put her chin on my shoulder."Are you protecting that girl?"she laugh."Come on sir Sauvey. That's not you. We all know that Aoife's family are the poorest one."sabi pa nito.

I suddenly feel annoyed when she said that."Yes, they are poor. But don't judge them by the state of their family Yasmin.  No matter how much poor their family, they just smile to it to avoid the negativeness."saad ko.

Yasmin walk and she stop in front of me. She cross her arms and glare at me."Wait a minute.. I smell something fishy. Yes, i know that you're kind. But the way you treating them is too much! They will just exploiting your kindness! And maybe, the reason why Aoife accepted the job you offered to her is because she has a plan to attract you. And when she attract you, she'll ask for some money. She's also has a charm sir Sauvey. Aoife is also kind. You might fall for her!"nagaalalang sabi ni Yasmin.

Palihim ko na lang tuloy naikuyom ang mga kama ko. Tumayo ako at lumapit sa kanya. Dahil hindi ko na napigilan ang inis ay madiin kong hinawakan ang pisngi niya gamit ang isa kong kamay."Sinasabi mo bang peperahan lang ako ni Aoife? Yasmin, kakasabi ko lang na 'wag mo basta-basta husgahan yung isang tao dahil lang sa estado ng buhay nito! She's not like that. At isa pang marinig kitang pinagsabihan mo siya ng ganyan, i'll fire you."i threated her.

Pagkatapos kong sabihin 'yon sa kanya ay galit ko siyang binitawan. I get my stuffs and went out of my office. Habang naglalakad ay pinapagpagan ko itong suot ko. Lumabas ako ng building at nagtungo ako kay Leo. When i saw my car, i immediately come inside of it. Hindi ko naman na sinabihan pa si Leo kung saan ang punta ko because he already know it. My other employees are already go home. Anong oras na din kasi. I didn't eat my dinner in a right time because i have a meeting earlier with important person. Tumawag naman ako sa bahay kanina para sabihan si Aoife na male-late ako ng uwi. But she said, she already cooked the food for dinner. She might be upset. Kasi sinabihan ko siya kaninang magluto ng dinner dahil pauwi na ko. But Yasmin forgot to tell me that i have a meeting with someone. Hindi ko alam kung sinasadya niya bang kalimutan. Pero naiinis pa rin ako. Nakalimutan ko din kanina na wala palang phone si Aoife kaya sa landline ko na lang siya tinawagan.
