~~Recap~~

"Guess who deosn't have a date to prom." Trish said.

"Oh no."

"Did you and Jace break up?"

"No but his leg broke up." Trish said.

*
Jax finished singing and we all clapped.

"So what do you say?" Jax asked.

"Yes." Piper said.

*
"Will you do me the honor of letting me take you to your prom?" Gavin asked.

But she stayed quiet.

"I cant."

*
You have no idea what it's like to be at prom with one person when there's another person you'd rather be with." Trish said.

*
We finally stopped walking when we were by our lockers. And I could tell he was thinking about something.

"Moon. Are you okay?"

Azzy's Pov

He snapped out of whatever he was thinking and hummed in response.

"Are you okay?" I asked again.

"Yeah. I'm fine."

I looked at him.

"Really?" I asked.

Suspicious...

"Yeah. I just wanted to walk around with my girlfriend." Austin said.

Hmmm...

Shut up.

I smiled and leaned up to kiss him.

And it is so much easier to do when I'm wearing heels.

"Dance with me." I whispered when we pulled away.

"Okay." He whispered back and started walking.

I giggled and stayed where I was.

"Right here, Moon." I said, still giggling.

He turned around and looked at me confused.

"Here? Even if there's a dance going on in the gym?" He asked, smiling.

I nodded.

He shrugged and walked back to me.

I pulled out my phone from the clutch I had with me and put a song on.

(Song is "My Heart is Buried in Venice" by Ricky Montgomery.)

I smiled as Austin pulled me close and we started dancing. He had his hands on my waist and I had wrapped my arms loosely around his neck.

Even if there is an actual dance in the gym, I think I prefer dancing with Austin in the empty hallways.

We were waltzing around when Austin twirled me. And it brought back memories from when we had only known each other for a few months, yet we still danced around the practice room. Just us being in our own little world.

We were both laughing a bit as we continued to dance.

As the song ended, we were both just holding each other, slowly swaying.

"I love you." He said, quietly.

"I love you too." I answered.

We walked back into the gym.
