I watched as the kagune began to resemble a centipede and winced when I felt Sasukes kagune move me again

"Kaneki no" I snarled slightly to myself when Sasuke set me on the floor as i fell to my knees

Kani

"Rin?!" yukio kneeled down next to me as i stared at the kagune that continued to grow

"It looks like a giant centipede What the hell is going on!" Bon snarled

"I was too late" i said in disbelief

I was able to move again but...then it took over

"KANEKI!!" I screamed as i felt tears leave my eyes

Toorus pov

[footsteps]

I walked out from the pile of rubble I was thrown under when I looked around at the scene

I failed...but...why am I relieved

Because I didn't have to kill them like this?

"I'm grateful to you, mutsuki" I heard furuta say when I looked up to see him holding an unconscious urie as my eyes widened "he was a traitor so don't worry...all though he's not dead I want to use him a little more...the quinx that you led provided the sort of nourishment needed to make kaneki like this. Thank-you for finding your way to kaneki just as i expected. Here take care of urie for me" he laughed as my eyes trembled when he dropped urie in-front of me "love is a terrific thing."

I fell to my knees as i hesitated to help urie

"Tell me...how does it feel to be the one to turn your beloved teacher into a monster?" He said as he walked away

"Ah" I cried when I felt urie grab my wrist and pulled back only for him to turn over when I saw him smile

"Found...you" he let out as tears left my eyes

Third person pov
Sasuke watched as rin walked around the room looking at the map of Tokyo marking down trail of Kaneki's morphed state

"Rin" Sasuke said

"Let me do this sasuke" rin glared at his bond brother

"There's still no word from urie" shima sighed 'we told him to keep eyes on furuta i wonder what happened'

"Tv" Yukio stormed in as he turned the tv up in the room

"This is breaking news update. The giant monster that has appeared throughout the city...has caused extensive harm to both structures and the populace, and is still continuing to rampage" the news guy said when rin shut the tv off

"We already know all that" rin snarled

"How's your wound" Yukio asked

"I'm fine!" Rin yelled when everyone went silent "tch"

"We know you're not rin...we can't even imagine how over the edge you are about kaneki but...get your shit together and lead" Sasuke glared at rin making the hybrid flinch
