Before going into junior high school, there was a merger of
   municipalities.

   At the same time, there was a consolidation of the junior high
   schools.

   Thanks to that, I had to take a bus to a junior high school in
   a neighboring town.

   It may have been better than going to school with all my
   classmates from elementary.

   But–

   “We went to school together, didn’t we, Nonoyama?”

   “You’re an honor student, you should have gone to a private
   school.”

   “It’s no use, she’s just aiming to only be an honor student.”

   “Nonoyama looks good in a sailor uniform, doesn’t she?”

   “If she had a nice personality, she’d be perfect.”

   Saki didn’t remember me but it was fine.

   We were in the same class and we got to know each other again.

   Besides, when I left my seat, Saki was surrounded by other

   “Hey, Hamura, wasn’t it? You should stop hanging out with
   Nonoyama.”

   “Huh? Why?” Saki asked.

   “That girl, when she’s in front of boys, her attitude changes
   completely.”

   “Huh? Is that so?” Saki replied.

   “It is. My friend told me the other day her boyfriend used her
   for sex.”

   “I think you’ve got the wrong idea,” Saki said. “Mika always
   says she’s not interested in 3D boys.”

   “But since we were in elementary school, she’s got a bad
   reputation.”

   “Hmm, is that so? Then, I’ll have to go see Mika, excuse me.”

   “Ah, wait a minute!”

   “Hey, what’s with that attitude?!”

   “We’re trying to warn you, you know!”

   “You don’t even know what you’re getting into!”

   Since then, Saki has been avoided by the other girls in class.
