Hello there how are you doing
I am doing well thank you despite my many many disorders. I'm actually an artist author musician and photographer and poet. I actually like the term emotionally creative instead of mentally ill because it's a lot more friendlier than mentally ill. I am living in Canada which is getting pretty cold right now it is a big trigger for me with my PTSD because I have to find under a blanket all the time it's so cold outside still at September but it's getting chillier  as the days go on.  Yesterday was a good day I was able to spend some time outside and actually go out to the local dollar store and buy a plant and a lightbulb and I was able to actually put it on my new dresser that I got the other week and I was able to get a coffee as well so that was good. But that was just yesterday today is a different story it's pretty cold outside I think anyone who goes crazy really is crazy and working with this cold weather. Where I stay soon with my blanket. It's very unfortunate that winter is coming very fast and furious.  I have written 14 or 15 different box I don't know how many I know yeah you look them up and I actually publish them on amazon.com and actually do some writing to help with my mental illnesses or emotional creativity. I also do some music but it's mostly DJing but I haven't been doing that a lot lately because I have been mostly writing epistolary novels. Or novels of ladders which is very interesting to read I've always read those kind of things that I'm looking to find a book on mindfulness there's a comic Park on mindfulness that I can actually read and learn about mindfulness because I have a bit of a temper at some points and then I'm trying to work towards simmering down. Other than that I'm a very good nice young lady I haven't flipped my lid except for yesterday ask because I was full moon sensitive. There is such thing as being moon sensitive you can look it up. Hope to hear from you soon
Lilly
