What, I don't seem to care about who wins? No I don't and I'll say why.
We have SO much Spider-Man, Doctor Strange, and Avengers content since the 60s plus I have so much I still gotta read and watch from all of them.
Also Disney is a mega corporation so why should I care if they lose a couple millions when they have literal multi BILLIONS.
Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love the MCU and everyone who worked their earnest on it from VFX, crew, and actors, etc.
If the families deserve that money then they waited very patiently to sue for decades as the a law of 1975 allows them to exercise this right to execute a lawsuit.
Plus I'd be curious to see how Marvel will go forward if they lose the rights to their heavy hitters, maybe they'll hopefully create amazing new characters people will really love!
Also look, the families definitely understand how important all of these characters are to all of us so no we won't stop getting more content from these characters but various people can definitely create their own versions of them.
That's all I'll say on this.
